It is getting better. The phone is now occasionally answered. They just changed rent payment to electronic only. They don't want money orders or checks. Weird.

I called 2-3 weeks in advance to schedule a tour for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. I asked if the 18th would be available and she said yes and told me the available times. I called today which is the 17th to change the time to something earlier in the day and this lady tells me “ oh there is no apartments available to show right now” and “ there won’t be any apartments available until February”. My thing is why didn’t you guys call me and let me know there wasn’t anything available to show. If I wouldn’t have called, I would have wasted my time driving up there the next day just to be told

Just don’t move here. Sedona Park took over the Residence of Northgate and they have been terrible ever since. They never answer the phone even in an emergency. If you leave a voicemail (like the recording says) it never gets answered. If you call them right now and they answer I will give you $100. We already had a problem with parking and they moved these huge bins in the parking spots limiting space even more. You literally will have to walk a mile just to park and get to your apartment. The office is so bad. If you go in right now it’s a bunch of people just standing around waiting for

I lived in this apartments for a 14 months and the experience was horrible when it came to maintenance request. They will take over 2 weeks just for them to come and fix it. They never answer the phone when you call for a issues. When I moved In, the first 2 months were maintenance request. Management is okay sometimes they don't answer the phone. You have to go In the office just to get any response from them.

The apartment they gave me is barely finished and dirty. If you want work orders done you have to contact them regularly like it’s your job. They will also cancel work orders without actually doing them. They hardly ever respond to calls or emails and they will disconnect the phones at the office to stop receiving calls. I knew what I was getting into based on a friends experience but for how cheap it was it didn’t matter. But if you can find anything else I would strongly recommend it.

Do not come here. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews, they beg for them in the leasing office.
Maintenance will just close your tickets instead of actually fixing anything. My garbage disposal hasn't worked since I moved in, when I asked for my laundry door to be fixed, someone came and took it all the way off it's hinge, leaned it against the wall, and left. The bathroom ceiling has been leaking for a month, and every time I go into the office and ask if someone is going to fix it, a text is sent and nothing happens. I just got another email that my service request was closed with no actions

I stay at building 4370. I moved on September 1st. My AC is not working since the day I moved in and the temperature inside is 94 degree. I have been sleeping on my car because of this poor apartment management. My apartment is full of cockroaches. I regret each and every decision of moving here. This is “INHUMAN” . I have been paying everything on time just to be treated like I live on hell.
I will definitely take this matter to higher authorities and city. I request you the new want to be resident to please not move here. The people here especially the lady inside is so rude and treat you

Are these apartments legit? The rooms looked fine in pictures, but there's no kind of video tours. I live out-of-state, so I wanted to call and find out about details like deposit, WiFi carriers available in the region, lease break criteria, parking availability and all of that. I at least need these information first hand, if I am taking the risk of leasing an apartment without seeing it even once. I called for 5 days straight, every other hour, only to get connected to an answering machine, and I tried 4 different numbers: one on their website, one in apartments.com, one on google, and one that

I would not write this review but their negligence made me right this. I have literally already went more than 6 times in the leasing office to complain about the issues. The main thing is their ceiling is leaking from two weeks on the top of it ( burner not working, dishwasher clogged from last two months, bulb not working) .. So many problems ..I filled out form online for maintainance two months back.. but Whenever We go to office they promise us to send someone immediately but they never show up.. The staffs pretend like using their phone to call or text the maintainance but I guess they are

I've have to replace more items than I wanted to do to the negligence I have experienced in these apartments . I've had a flood that destroyed everything in my apartment to now a leaking sink from faucet and pipes destroyed my curling irons, straighteners, hot combs and tissue. they never once offer to cover the expenses that i had to pay out of pocket to replace. I have over 11 request submitted alone for the ac/heater unit this is before the actually replaced the whole thing on the 11th request. instead of the front office apologizing for the inconvenience they choice to give me attitude which
