Have been here for 9 months and there is some good and some bad.
Good: I was having difficulty with the outside stairs that don't have a handrail. I sent a request asking if they could add a handrail to my building and they responded and the handrail was built in a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by their response.
Bad: I'm on the ground floor, the good part of this is that my apartment is fairly cool even in the summer. The bad part is that I am dreading when true winter arrives. When I moved in in mid-February, it was freezing cold in the apartment (I'm sure being on ground floor doesn

This place is a slum. The management are slumlords. I've literally never been late or missed a Rent payment in 3 years. Rent is raised every year liked clockwork with no improvements to the building, grounds or staffing. Work orders stay open for months. I've had a work order for A/C open for a year or would if they hadn't closed it without fixing. They NEVER fix anything. Appliances are old and falling apart. Bugs/ insects are a real problem. Mold throughout. Surrounding communities dump trash here and nothing is done, other than management sending nastygrams not to throw your trash around the

It was okay (not phenomenal) until summer. We've been through 3 heat advisories, and they haven't repaired our central air. Its been over 50 days since we reported the issue, and we haven't even received even a substitute to hold us off until its fixed. With the constant heat, we're also seeing an increase of insects indoors. I've left multiple voicemails and never heard anything back. When I visited the office, the manager was unavailable and once again we couldn't be given and update as to when this would be fixed. I'd even take a band-aid of portable air.

They refuse to give me my security deposit sent notice October 28 I was in touch with management every step of the way to assure I did everything right before I moved. I would have considered a second star before you decided to charge me to replace your carpets, the carpets that I lived on for three years and that were not new when I moved in, god knows how long they’d been there; which I now have to waste my time to demand that portion of my security deposit back. Same issue as everyone else mold everywhere and they dont care. I called the state and still nothing. This place has HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! This place is a dump.
