If they pick you to join the program (because they don't just except anyone) you then get the pleasure to pay $20,000 or $15,000, since Than is such a great businessman, to "officially" join. If you get chosen to join and you don't have $20,000 or $15,000 they tell you this business isn't for you, go back to the drawing board, McDonald's could still be hiring etc. I have the phone call recorded and will post it. 🤮

Honestly I was willing to do anything for this opportunity and they made me feel they would do anything to help me but the truth is they didn't really because I had no asserts or money they could take from me or get from me and I was hoping they would let me pay for it as I earned while I learned but it literally took the guy 2 mins and really didn't even listen to what I was saying but he did say he wanted to give me a few books to read I understand this is a business now I was nieve to think they actually wanted to help me. looks like it's back to YouTube University and Jerry

I just finished my 3 days program as it is called 3 days workshop I’m so sad that I don’t have to go there tomorrow again to hear and learn about something that for so many people doesn’t make sense when I payed for the 3 day workshop I went to see the reviews and I saw so many people complaining about the mastery program if you heard whatever he was talking for all 3 days it will make sense for you but if you didn’t good luck on your own bc you’ll do it better

My Gf told me she wanted to check out this free seminar, so I agree as we both had a good idea why we were getting ourselves into. So we attend the seminar in Brooklyn Park, MN and the Marriot off 94. Sure enough I walk into a room full of (now this is total assumption based of the crowd I saw and my opinion) very unsuspecting, uneducated, low to middle class people desperate to make money. Unfortunately, I wasted my time with a bunch of fanfare and a motivational speech regarding how he got rich and not how we can get rich. The two days that I was there ( both days I left early ) the speaker only had talking points, he did not give any detail information on anything. All he wanted to do was sell his system of products. We’re already paid $297. We literally paid that money to hear a man try and sell more products and talk about his family and how good his life is. That one minute was spent on actual information that we could take out into the real world and start buying houses.

My dad signed me up for this three day seminar in Burr Ridge, despite having fully rehabbed a four bedroom and two bedroom home! I walked in having read the reviews and if you are a newbie you can extract some information, but just go purchase a book and save yourself the time. Fortune Builders for a person with a little knowledge will not be impressed and if you are a person like me that asks questions you will smell scam a mile away.

I just finished the 3 days seminar yesterday. As you all know by now from all the previous reviews, you will not know how to flip a house if you don't already know how to do it before coming to this seminar. A little bit of false advertisement. They just want to build their credibility to pitch you the Mater class which cost 30k - 50k.
On the hand. If you are already start buying and flipping houses, you could pick up a lot of tips and valuable nuggets that you can actually implement to improve your Real Estate Investing business. These information they gave to impress you are valuable

I just spent 3 days at the Sheraton Hotel in San Gabriel, CA. It cost me $200 and it was only to listen to an "infomercial@. The speaker gave very vague details on "how to" and pushed their $30,000 Mastery Program. They want to sell their Process and Systems package fir $30,000.
I Googled many of their systems and found other programs for for a fraction of the cost.

I'm really glad I attended this workshop as I've learned so much about the real estate investing and tax system here in US.

Speaker "Jeremiah" was overbearing, a little too egotistical and borderline rude at times.
We paid to learn information, but for some reason he got very confrontational when some people in the class were taking "too many notes" and wanted us instead to "get it". He actually got angry with one guy cause he saw him trying to write too many notes from what was on the screen. It was weird and embarrassing. Why show us PowerPoint slides if you don't want us taking notes about it?
I had to take long bathroom trips or go outside and get some fresh air at times

My husband and I both went to the three day seminar. It as very informative and we learned a lot. Our presenter, Jeremiah Phillips, was very engaging. He had a way of speaking that made us feel like he was talking directly to us. We walked away from those three days with a lot more knowledge about real estate. The purpose of the seminar was to persuade people to join the Fortune Builders group. When we walked in the door, we had no intentions of actually joining the association. Pros-
was very informative in regards to how mortgage loans work. Raising capital, the differences between loans that will finance your investment. There were plenty of tips involved in the presentation that can be of benefit to your finances.
Cons-
At the end of the day it's about business and money. Fortune Builders is no different. There was a lot of propaganda and sales to try and get you to join their 29k+ Mastery program.
Overall they're very informative and I recommend to the person who wants to start thinking

I attended a workshop over the weekend. Seannie Mac was the presenter and he did a very good job! A lot of information was given about redeveloping homes. I think, I expected too much and was disappointed. One person, Rob, was rude and crude. One thing about this event is they offer an application to their Mastery program. If you don’t fit the criteria the counselors give you the cold shoulder and can’t wait to get away from you!!!! My husband and I joined July 2019. It has been over 3 weeks of studying, immersion and coaching calls. The education and training provided is WORTH the money because they literally give you EVERYTHING you need. You have to spend money to make money. They give you the tools to work your flips and wholesales. Making money and having more time to be with family is the GOAL. Fortune Builders wants everyone to win. I would highly recommend to stay away from Fortune Builders. The free event just give you very very very little info. Just enough to make you think you should give them the benefit of the doubt and pay 300 for a 3 day workshop. When you are at the 3 day workshop you will receive piecemeal info in between of what is the actual reason for the workshop: their opportunity to use all their sales tactics to make you want to enroll in their "mastery program" with a cost of 30k for 6 months or 50k for 24 months. I wouldnt have felt so cheated if at least they would have tought something during

I just recently went to the 3 day workshop taught by Noah Harris and his incredible team, and it was Amazing to say the least. I learned so much and I can't wait to continue to learn more. I've read other reviews calling this a scam. This is no scam at all! Yes, the Mastery program has a hefty price tag but if you can't see the benefit of that price tag, then yes you'll only see it as a scam. If you had to go out and research to find out the best options for you, you'd spend far more in professional fees. Unfortunately not everyone sees the benefit. However, if you are

I attended Fortune Builders full immersion in Fort Lauderdale Dec 1-2. It was intense! It was a ton of information to absorb in just 2 days. Our trainer was Steve Skains, and he did a great job of going into the FB training, as well as giving us plenty of advice based on his personal experiences with rehabbing houses. I feel that I came away with a better understanding of what it means to be a real estate investor. I still have a LOT to learn, but I'm excited about this venture.

I attended the 3-day seminar w/ Cole Hatter recently, did not purchase the mastery class, typically avoid going to seminars like this all together and if I'm being honest expected a hard sale on the next step but since a friend invited me for free I figured "Why not? I might learn something & can always say no or leave".
Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised! Not once did I feel hard sale pressured to buy, I actually learned a few things, it sparked some ideas for my primary business and ultimately enjoyed myself. Kudos to Cole, Anthony and the team!

My Full Immersion was a great experience. The trainer, Coach Dan, was very good (great more like it). He got to know each of us by name very quickly. I felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning when he gave us our name badges. He made the class fun and explained things very well. The topics were explained well and he answered our questions with no problem.
Going out to look at homes was very helpful - just getting the "hands on" experience is always a confidence builder. Looking forward to my next Immersion training. Thank you "Dan the Man"!!!
