1. The staff here are SO friendly and helpful!!! I wish all apartment complex staff were like this.
2. The area around the apartment complex is beautiful. There is a neighborhood right next to the apartment that is located in the woods.
3. There is trash everywhere. People who live here have no respect for others. They dump mail on the floor and don't pick up their trash. You can tell the apartment tries to pick things up, but people who live here just don't care.

Lived here for a couple of years. the area is beautiful the apartments are nice, however their rooms don’t heat and cool evenly, the gym is small and the equipment is older, more “finicky” than newer equipment, however they do have peloton bikes if you’re not looking for weightlifting. You’d think for as many people live here they’d have more than 2 trash compactors, if you’re older or disabled, I can definitely see that being a challenge. The halls of each apartment building need to be cleaned more often. They are disgusting and I had a guest comment about them on more than one occasion and its embarrassing. They one specific thing they seem to have a problem is the water. There have been leaks in more than one building and its inconvenient when the water has to be turned off. However, the staff are friendly and try to accommodate any issues.

Apartments are nicely updated. Public area cleanliness still remains an issue and quite frankly embarrassing given that we are in a pandemic. Trash is also an repetitive issue. The dumpster is always full and the management does not seem to understand that they need to schedule another pick up or add an additional dumpster. Also wish they would enforce more of their policies.

I moved to this apartment complex about a year ago, and have recently renewed my lease. Unlike what some previous reviews have mentioned, my rent is barely increasing over the next 15 month lease. I have to say, I'm very happy here, overall - it's a pet-friendly location, which is definitely a needed amenity for a veterinarian. I have a spacioius 1-BR unit with a built-in office on the second floor, so I can comment that there is a little bit of noise above (I think the person wears high heels throughout the day), but it is not ridiculously loud overall. My boyfriend and I moved in here like literally yesterday. I love it here already. The apartment, is amazing. We have a 2br unit on a middle floor. Noise is not a issue from above or below. The grounds are clean, the building is clean/smells good and the place is just beautiful, plus well spring is in bloom its so green everywhere you look. I am going to go check out the gym today, although I peeped in there yesterday, it has everything you need and that is coming from a gym rat so take my word, I believe they just re-did that room. The pool opened this weekend too, I will def be frequenting there

You need to install security cameras. Start fining people that don't pick up after their dog. There is nothing worst than picking up after your own dog and then stepping in someone else's dog waste.
You should go up one their rent, instead of having us all have to pay for lazy people.
We have lived here going on 9 years. We love it here.
I have noticed this place going down hill. The office staff and maintenance guys are great. Never had a problem with them.
Can't say anything good about the grounds. Trash empty nip, beer cans.

Have lived here 4 years. In the beginning it was a luxury gated community. However, The security gates haven't worked in over 15 months. And when cars are broken into management's response is to have the tenant file a police report. The trash system is inadequate which results trash bags on the ground that are ripped open by who knows what! Irresponsible dog owners allow their pets to use the bathroom everywhere. Resulting in unsanitary conditions (piles of #%%^ and dead grass.) And right now all the parking lot lights are out. I'm embarrassed to have guest visit. And inspite of the degradation
