First Defense Krav Maga is hands down five star! Their instruction is top notch. They’ll meet you at whatever level you are - from a complete beginner to expert - they accommodate and you’ll be better for it. As an extra bonus, they are extremely welcoming and make it fun too. All class ages and they have recently added a great class for people with injuries and/or who need less intensity. It is a second home and I’m lucky to have this great school nearby.

Nick is an amazing instructor! As first timers to
Krav Maga my husband and I were not quite sure what to expect, but Nick’s training methods were easy to learn, fun and effective. He is really great at making the class light and integrating humor, but still getting the concepts across. He’s always willing to help one on one to ensure everyone understands and is using proper technique. If you aren’t sure if Krav Maga is for you, I highly recommend giving it a try with Nick and his studio!

I have been a student at First Defense Krav Maga for over 2 years. I have learned so much in that time. Mr. Nick Masi and his instructors are very good at teaching and keeping it fun. I am 55 and sit behind a desk all day. Thanks to FDKM I now feel like I know how to defend myself and family should I need to. Thank you.

This place is fantastic. After going for several months to First Defense, I have brought both my teenage sons, and now they are members too. That is the highest recommendation I can give. I trust Nick and his whole staff to bring excellent training, safety, and great role modeling.
The training is top notch, the staff and other students are welcoming and supportive, and to top it off, they make it fun. My sons love it too. I am grateful that we lucked out to have this of all schools close to our home.

I LOVE Krav Maga and this training facility. I signed up myself and two kids (teen age girl and 23 year old son) for the foundation classes. Krav Maga is the most interesting and challenging self defense there is. The very patient instructors are amazing and give you all the personal attention you need (I seem to need quite a bit). Be warned- you will sweat profusely and be pushed to your limits. You will wake up the next morning with bruises and aches and you will LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT. Thank you to all the folks at First Defense Krav Maga !

After looking for Krav Maga (self-defense) training -and finding only a handful of places offering it- First Defense stood out from all the rest due to their amazing head instructor and positive student atmosphere. I quickly fell in love with everything Krav Maga and everything about this studio. I walked in looking to protect myself and I found an amazing Krav Maga family and am now on the road to being a fully certified Krav Maga instructor thanks to First Defense. Come in and arm yourself, have fun and get a great work out -but most of all sleep easy knowing you are a true fighter.
