Our professional condo and townhouse inspections are very similar to our general home inspections, but may not include common area components. We are also proud to offer commercial inspections which includes properties such as apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, retail stores and warehouses.

UPDATE: As we are having some work done in the home and starting to move in, we are finding some issues popping up that were not caught, like a tub drain that does not drain at all. Not a big deal but something I’d expect to be found during inspection.

Report was prompt and informative. Met with inspector at the end of his inspection and he walked us through his major concerns and recommendations. Arnold McLauren of American Properties Inspections inspected our home prior to purchase. He was on time and and took his time to provide us with a thorough inspection. After the inspection, we received a very detailed report including photos and descriptions of all aspects he found concerning, from the simplest to the most serious. I would not hesitate to use American Property Inspections in the future.

Tim completed an inspection for my buyer client this past weekend. He was thorough, on time, easy to communicate with, and efficient in returning the completed report.
The report was easy to understand with clear photos and recommendations in red which made deciphering the suggestions very user-friendly.
Of particular note, before beginning the inspection, Tim provided a brief orientation to my first-time home buyer describing what to expect and the procedures he would follow to inspect the entire home inside and out.
