Before visiting I read the reviews which lead me to making an appointment and I must say they were right! From the receptionist to Dr. Harlow. I have not been taking care of my mouth like I should so I was embarrassed to go but the pain was unbearable. They all made me feel less shameful and more grateful to be in their office. I wanted to send a special thank you to the dental assistant Meka, she held my hand literally as I was getting my tooth pulled, she took the extra route to explain everything and was very personable. Thank you Meka. DR. Harlow and so sorry I forgot the receptionist name

I really wish I could give more stars. Dr. Harlow and his staff are PHENOMENAL; Very, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I love the staff at Harlow Dental at 7th st! Jazz and Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff are amazing! I'm very afraid of going to the dentist they help ease my nerves and are very patient with me! I have alot of work that needs to be done and I'm half way there! I'm happy it's with them! Both my husband and I are happy! Thanks ladies!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated professionally and given the utmost care. The entire staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable of their respective professions. I came here very last minute due to a broken tooth. My insurance had changed and they saw me as a new patient right away. I have in intense fear of the dentist due to a really bad experience in the past but the whole office was wonderful. Dr Patel was friendly and personable. She was honest with me and got me fixed up before the holidays. I am very grateful I found them

This will be my new dentist. Today it was just me but my entire family will be coming here soon. The entire staff was very welcoming. It means a lot when you go to places and it feels like family. I was treated like they've been knowing me for years. Everyone was very knowledgeable about my oral hygiene. The lady that explained my insurance was also a big help.

Transferring to a new dentist after 38 years was a big step for me. However, from the moment I made my appointment I knew that this was the right move for me. From the professionalism of every employee, the warm spirit that field the office, use of modern technology from receiving my records, scheduling, and of course the exam were not lost on me and definitely appreciated. The 7th street location was perfect for me not losing time from my work schedule. I sincerely appreciate the attention and precautions taken during this global pandemic. I had a feeling of safety and care throughout my visit

My visit was great today. Dr. Harlow did a great job and was very personable. Keisha, the dental hygienist, also did a great job and made my visit today great. Keisha gave me a lot of dental advice to help improve my overall dental health. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a dentist in the Charlotte area.

Horrible communication while everyone was pleasant enough Who ever did my fill has horrible bedside manner I can’t tell you her name because she never introduced herself. The last thing I heard was my blood pressure was too high and I may not have been able to get anesthesia next thing I knew someone put a horrible tasting paste in my mouth on my… tooth nowhere near where the needle went. Then the filler came in said I need to see a general doctor stabbed me and went to work. She wasn’t going to polish my tooth u til the hygienist told her too... not good

Dr. Harlow should NOT perform surgery, even simple extractions. He has no regard for patients' health or does he take responsibility for his contractors (dental labs); uses cheapest contractors to increase his own profits at patients' expense. Surgically, he is clumsy and inept. A blatant rip off. His good reviews MUST have been compensated for positive remarks. Worst dentist out of at least a dozen I have gone to over a 50 year period
