We have been using Bagelman Realty for two years and we are delighted with their service. Bagelman manages ten apartments and two commercial properties for us. Every issue that has occurred during this time has been dealt with professionally and in a timely manor. We are very happy to have found Bagelman Realty after our previous management company dropped the ball too often.

As a student, I was hesitant to live off-campus. I heard way too many horror stories from upperclassmen renting downtown, but renting with Emily Bagelman made for a great end to my college years at WCU! Paying every month was made easy through an online tenant portal, which was great when I was too busy in the semester to swing by the office with a check. Every issue that came up with my rental was only a quick text or email away from fixing; my emails were returned almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend renting with Bagelman Realty!

Rented at their 605 unit right across campus for a one bedroom. Compared to my experience with another big rental agency in town, it was nice to feel like an actual tenant than a dollar sign. Bagelman Realty came around often to make sure the house was clean and always was timely with communication.

Adam and Emily are awesome WC landlords who take amazing care of their tenants and properties. They are always accessible and quickly responsive when something is needed at the property. It is clear they care about their tenants. If you are a parent and your child is looking for a place to rent while at school, know that they would be in good hands with the Bagelmans as landlords. Highly recommend!

When I moved into my first apartment to rent I had a horrible management team that left the house dirty, and they took forever to respond for issues, and also they lost my security check.
The landlord then switched over to Bagelman and it was the best thing that could happen to us!!!
Emily is the sweetest and most caring property manager someone could ever have. Whenever we had issues she addressed them right away. Easy to contact with and responds in less then 24 hours. Very thankful for her after such horrible people before.
