Prominence Property Inspections specializes in residential, commercial, and new construction inspections. We are licensed professional home inspectors through the Texas Real Estate Commission. With over 70 years of combined family experience in the construction industry, we are committed to furthering that legacy through quality, thoroughness, and integrity in our work.
Our home inspection services include an analysis of over 400 different components of the exterior and interior of a structure. At the end of the inspection, we provide a detailed report outlining the results of the inspection.
If the client can be present for the report, we will answer questions and clarify anything in the report, make recommendations for maintaining your home, and do a visual walk through to show you the results of our evaluation.Furthermore, we offer additional inspection services such as wood destroying insect (WDI) inspections, pool and spa inspections, sprinkler system inspection, and outbuilding/shed inspections.

We offer Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections in Temple, Belton, and Killeen areas. We are licensed through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and trained to find evidence of present or past infestations of wood destroying insects (termites, carpenter ants, powder post beetles, etc.) as well as signs of past treatments.
Looking for a septic system inspection? We are National Association of Wastewater Technician (NAWT) certified septic system inspectors. We perform Level 0 and Level 1 septic system inspections on both aerobic and anaerobic systems in Temple, Belton, Killeen, Waco, Austin, and surrounding areas. We recommend having a septic system inspected before pumping because issues with drainage can be easier to detect.

This is an extremely stressful time to buy a house for anyone. After 10 offers I finally got lucky, and now for the “fun” part. Inspections. WOW!!! **Must read** I've used 3 home inspectors this last month on potential properties to buy. Prominence was by far the best; no comparison! Not only were the other two inspectors more expensive, but their reports were under 15 pages with short descriptions and horrible photos. Nathaniel was very thorough, had great high quality pictures, used thermal imaging to find leaks and verify ac/heat output. 111 pages of insightful information with clear details of findings. I will never use or recommend another company again. A++++

Kegan and Nathan are the best inspectors out there. I have used Prominence multiple times, and every time they do a fantastic job! They take their time, and they treat the home as if they were buying it, so you get a very detailed report within minutes of them finishing the inspection. They also do the pest inspection complimentary with the home inspection which is an added bonus. I will only trust and recommend Kegan and Nathan to do any future inspections. If you want an inspection done right, call these guys and you will be treated like family.

Nate was recommended by my Salas Team realtor Jacob. Contract on a house on Sunday and Nate was inspecting the house in Tuesday. He was a very affable young man. He was prompt and very detailed in his inspection. He took the time to explain all aspects his inspection, he also offered suggestions on how to improve and optimize things around the property.
