We start at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof. We then move inside the house, and starting at the bottom, work our way up through the home into the attic.
With your home inspection, you will get a detailed and comprehensive inspection report, which will serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. The inspection of my home was very thorough and the inspector took the time after to walk me though anything that needed attention. He also showed up on time and had the report sent to me the next day as promised.

Use this inspection company!! First, he was on time!! That was a huge with me because I needed fast and reliable. He gave me exactly that and more. I was buying an older Victorian home and was really worried about the pipes, the gas line, all the electrical. The inspector was absolutely understanding on my concerns. He was able to provide all the information on what he was doing and to why. I felt sure by the time I got his report (same day) that I could make a sound decision on buying or not. He helped me to feel more confident on my purchase. I will use him on any home I buy in the future. Great
