First Source Home Inspections

I am a first time home buyer and used First Source Home Inspections to do my inspection. David Jenkins from First Source Home Inspections did a recent inspection of a home we're interested in buying. Dave took over 4 hours to inspect every detail of the property, inside, outside, in the attic and on the roof. Afterwards he took ample time to answer our questions and offer his suggestions. He left us with a very comprehensive report of 18 pages, complete with pictures and comments and recommendations.

Dave was awesome to work with! I was able to plan around my schedule, which was important to me to have someone at the house if we had additional questions. He was very thorough with his inspection and let us know what needed to be addressed immediately before he left. We received the full inspection in about 24hr and it even had some helpful maintenance tips on it to keep things running smoothly! DAVE, was (Very) professional. He came about 1.5 min early. He was dressed professionally. Uniform was clean and pressed. He asked what were our expectations. And, explained thoroughly what he was going to do. He explained that he was going to take about 3-4 Hours. He actually took 5 hours, an indicator that he did a thorough job. Important: He asked if it was ok to shut off the power. Dave, in my opinion took pride in his job and was respectful of the Us and the Builder. After the inspection he again explained what he had done and went over in detail the descrepencies he found. The reports generated

Dave did a great job with my pre-drywall inspection. He was available when I needed him since the time window was short. He was responsive. The report was very detailed. I am so happy he found all the things that needed correction and were integral to the structure. He explained the process to me and to expect out of this inspection. The report was ready the next day for my builder to take a look and make the necessary adjustments. Very happy with the service. I would totally recommend and worth every dollar.

This is my first home buying experience and Dave was so thorough in the inspection that I immediately felt better about the house quality.
