THE BEST!!! I called and needed an inspector for a duplex i am purchasing, and he got me right in! He worked with my realtor and sent the email to him and i regarding what he inspected! He was very thorough and professional! The email he sent was very detailed, easy to read and included pictures. The email also provided what he recommends to do about the deficiency! I can go on and on about how great the service was but the reasonable price topped it off! Thanks Eddie!!!!

Eddie was very thorough, even caught things that my first home inspector didn't catch. He took his time and was very professional, arrived early and said he would look at the outside of the house so as not to disturb me since he was early. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Price is pretty common, same as I paid for my last inspection, but he did a better job in my opinion.

I had an appointment for a home inspection with another inspector. The inspector did not show up! I was so scaredthat we would not be able to have it completed in the allotted time frame. I called Eddie's Inspections, and could not believe that he had an opening within the hour of our actual scheduled inspection-Talk about Blessing! The technology of the devices he uses, makes it easy for him to capture, and file all findings of a home, and send us a detailed report of what needs to be addressed. I was trying to close on a house quickly. My realtor explained the situation to Eddie. He came out and did it as quickly as possible. While we were there I found the previous inspection. When I brought it to Eddie he immediately went through each of the deficiencies and proved that they were fixed. Even though he had already gone through some of those places including the attic. I feel confident in his observations. Great to work with.

Eddie was at the property early waiting for us to arrive. He is very courteous and respectful. We were having an inspection done prior to a house purchase. Eddie went thru the entire house and explained all the deficiencies that he located. He was very thorough and I have peace of mind with his inspection.
