We rented a house in Temecula for 4 years. The rental property was unclean: flithy dishwasher, crumbs inside every kitchen drawer, filthy tile, skid marks inside toilet bowls, etc upon moving in, which is Benefit National's responsibility. However, the home owner agreed to pay for cleaning of the floors out of pocket for us. We cleaned everything else ourselves before unpacking. We realized the microwave was broken and contacted Benefit National, who once again contacted the home owner and coordinated with Benefit National maintenance man to install it. Each year a home inspector made an appointment

I was referred to Benefit by a friend and mine and I'm extremely grateful that he did. My family and I moved out of the country and the entire team at Benefit made the last two years as stress free as possible for us. Anything and I do mean anything that was needed for our rental property they took care of itself. If we were together get another property information the area and decided two rent it out, we won't looking any further than Benefit National Property Management!

I worked with B National for 6 years as a landlord and I would highly recommend them as property management. I really recommend these guys if you are looking for someone to manage your rental property. Jack Rendell and his team have looked after my property for 12 years. From the day I met him and his team they have always acted professionally and have provided really great value over the years. We have had a few issues that needed to be taken care of, but that is when you find out what they can do. In this case, I always felt that the team was looking for the right answer that was best for me and my tenants.

I have been using Benefit National to manage my rental home for 6 years, and they are awesome! I live out of state and it makes me happy to know that I have nothing to worry about. They have handled any repairs that come up super fast and have their own contractors who are affordable and efficient. I am very impressed by this company overall!
