Creative Management's office staff is unprofessional and behaves like juveniles. This company would do better to train circus monkeys to pick up their phone and answer peoples question. The proud and extinguished office staff ladies do not demonstrate training, skill or competence to be in a customer service position. I don't know what these peoples HS guidance counsels told would be a good job for them
but it's not working with others or in customer service and that's for sure!!

My property manager is Christy Kelly. She is unprofessional and very very rude. I have had previous interactions with her and she was nice... but when I called her two days in a row concerning installing internet in my apartment (I needed approval because it's a satellite) she began yelling at me because she wanted me to email her ( it is mentioned in her voicemail that it's easier to reach her at her email address but the address is unclear when she says it and there is NOTHING online to locate her email address) because her phone is broken and only works outside. How is that at my fault

For anyone thinking of moving into a community with an HOA. CHECK WHO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS FIRST. Hopefully, that is why you are here. Rude, unhelpful unless it's the board president. For anyone living in a community Managed by Creative. Check your financials. Check what utilities are being auto payed by creative without anyone seeing the bill. CHECK YOUR PHONE BILLS. Mr. Douglas has been in the property management business for years. He does only as much as he has to to protect himself and his company. Technically , he's not obligated to do more. Morally, Ethically, it&apos

I just got an email from a new rep I never dealt with before, Kelly Futral, who told me that she is done emailing with me because I insisted that she send the HOA plumber due to the fact that we had a pre-existing plumbing issue that is happening again which previously involved the HOA plumber. Kelly says the two owners should resolve this. But that means that Kelly is trying to keep the information of this pre-existing plumbing situation from the new owners when a more responsible HOA would have tried to figure out if this is the same problem, and had the party at fault reimburse the HOA if it

Just reiterating my previous review. Came home from work today and had a hole in my wall from an investor neighbor doing work in their unit. Call the after hours number like I have many times before. The property supervisor called me back talking about she will call me tomorrow with the info. Hold up, the on call person doesn't have owner info readily available? And she was so nonchalant. Just like she was back in April of this year when a common area pipe backed up into my unit. It took days for the rest of the extraction to happen even though the day of the told me it would happen once

Georgetown subdivision HOA Houston Tx 77079/77024 zip. We have corroded, rusted, expired plumbing, rusted caports, rotten wood, rats, what appears to be foundation issues and discrepancies on the financial statementts. Our insulation looks black. We had a building burn down, multiple plumbing breaks daily, and a brick wall collapse.
However..our HOA board members and finance committee members appear to have completely beautiful expensive ,renovated townhomes .
The management demands a key to all residents homes. I don't trust the HOA or their recommended plumbers with my key

CMC you are asking for a lawsuit and I can promise you will get one. homeowners have discovered that Mike JRD contractor and Nicole R property manager of Hamlet Of Cherbourg are dating, which is why all bids for the condo property are given automatically to JRD without negotiating other bids. JRD and Nicole have been setting the numbers ridiculously high, robbing homeowners of their money due to their neglect to the property and there will be a suit in progress. There are rotting gutters, mold present, leaking roofs, unsafe stairwells, There is fraud present and I am stunned to find out JRD will

I dont know what i am paying for coz they dont give any service. They lie about your electric bill and steal money from you. We complained about this a year ago and they never replied or care to respond.
now they want to steal some money again by jacking up our electric bill.
They are very unprofessional, never calls back unless you threaten
the rating should be zero star. worst HOA Company ever and they charge the hell of money.

Creative convinced the board of our HOA that it would be a good idea to use them because of the cost savings, so we switched back to them this summer. Part of their savings plan is to put a blanket insurance policy on multiple properties they manage. Great idea except that no lender will lend on properties with this type of coverage. While the Creative people will tell you that they've seen people get financing and re-financing, when asked who the lenders are, they can't cite a single one. Who cares about my HOA fee if I can't sell or refinance my property.

If I could give this company a ZERO star I would. As others have stated, their customer service is awful. It is CONSTANTLY going straight to automated system. I complained to the BBB regarding to the issue and the company's response was a COMPLETE LIE.
I even called a couple times to the Vice President who is in charge of the Manager in my community HOA and they stated the V.P. called my husband...why would you call someone else when I was the one who called and left my number for call back?
I stated the HOA needs to take action regarding to kids disrupting the community by running door

I would give zero stars if available. I have owned a property that is managed by creative management since 2010. I typically didn't have too many bad issues with it until a community water pipe started leaking above my unit. The tenants i had in the property had an 8 year old child. The wall was saturated and it took them 3 weeks to come out and fix it - exposing my tenant to possible mold and other issues. Thankfully my tenants had another residence in which they could reside during that time so that it was not exposing them to anything harmful - but the fact that a management company
