Newtown Place is pet friendly and we are happy to welcome your pet with a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet fee per pet. We allow up to two pets with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds. We are now accepting all dog breeds! I have loved living in this complex for the 14 years I have been a resident. BET Investments bought the complex at the end of 2012 and since that time, things have been even better. The site management has always been very responsive, professional, kind and accommodating (a Huzzah! for Robin). The Maintenance Engineer gents have always addressed repair requests quickly and performed said repairs correctly the first time. They're cool dudes. The grounds always look very nice as lawn maintenance is performed regularly and thoroughly. The addition of the pool has been a hit with residents and especially

Leasing an apartment here, has been the most pleasant and professional experience I’ve had in quite a long time. Robin, the Complex Manager, has been an absolute delight to work with. She has advised and counseled us on our move from our home to this wonderful community. Newtown Place has everything my wife and I could want, oh and our Dog Tess is very happy as well!

Enjoy living here. Property is well maintained. Amenities include a small gym, great clubhouse, beautiful salt water pool, a walking trail and the list goes on. Clubhouse and pool are just several years old. Parking lots have recently been repaved, roofs redone, however, the only downside is the windows can be a little drafty. Apartments are getting redone and updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances etc. as people move out. Within walking distance to the center of Newtown Borough and a stone's throw away from major roadways. Maintenance including snow removal is impeccable

My husband and I moved in August 2016. We haven't had any problems at all. The few service requests that we've had were tended to the same day. The staff has always been very pleasant, but I have noticed a very high turn-over rate in the leasing office. All things considered, it's been a good experience thus far. Plus, you can't beat the location.

I lived here for 3 years and though they are good with immediate repairs, the management office is completely awful!!! They nickel and dime you for everything and when it is their time to pay the run a scam on you and do not return your emails. They are also extremely nasty women! The apartments also have NO insulation so when the winter comes, you WILL freeze!! I had my heat on full blast and paid almost 300 in my monthly bill and was still cold. Bottom line: look else where!

I called to inquire about what will happen if I cancel so I can make appropriate plans.
I was going to see a house to purchase instead of rent. I asked how much time do I have for refund since I didn't have paperwork. I tried calling all weekend. I was told 72 hours on Monday. It was then I said, "good, I have time, because that makes it Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night since I submitted the application Friday night in an email." Nothing was said in response. On Wednesday, I was told they count non business days
