I've been living here since June.
Rent is always on time.
I cause no problems.
I came home from work last night at 8:30 and there were not any spots available to park.
I parked in what I thought was a spot.
No yellow curb, no signs posted.
First time I've parked here.
When I came out to my car this morning there was an aggressive tow sticker put on my driver side window. I tried removing it and it left sticker streaks all over. I've called 2 numbers 3 times in 3 hours and have yet to hear back from anyone or even an apology. I feel a simple note under the windshield wiper would have been

You guys should start looking into renewable energy. Solar panels, electric car charging options, etc. Perhaps look into putting together a multiple floor parking garage way in the back? Would be cool to keep the parking spots open for easier snow removal and for people with fancy cars to keep them sheltered from weather? Just ideas. :)

The apartment was fine when we lived there. Generally clean, maintenance was quick. The office staff messed up our lease and our apartment was more outdated than we were told it'd be (think, fully pink bathroom) but they remedied that after I raised concerns. When we moved out, however, that's a different story. We got a bill for over $600 with a note saying we'll get the charge breakdown in the mail. Never did. Then I got an email threatening to send me to collections. I emailed the office 2x for the charges -no response until I went through the corporate site. The charges were ranging from replacing

I have been a resident for about 6 months. Aside from the apartments being a little dated, there are many pros to speak of. The buildings are quiet; I honestly don't hear any of my neighbors. The complex is kept clean and the units are pretty spacious. As for neighbors, all that I've met have been very pleasant. Additionally, the biggest pro is probably the location. It truly can't beat. If you're willing to pass on a few bells and whistles, the complex truly is a great find.

I requested a copy of my signed lease when I signed it - they refused and said it needed to go to their parent company first. It took a month and a half before I received a copy of my lease.
There is absolutely no sense of privacy - the staff is completely inconsiderate of tenant's rights. In the 3 months I've been here, they have found 4 separate reasons to be inside my apartment (fire extinguisher replacement, shower head change, water heater pipe insulation, jetting drain pipes). None of these times have I received a time that they planned to enter my unit so, I've needed

I lived here for 4 years and it's a wonderful complex. It's extremely quite, clean, and safe. I do agree management isn't the best but I've learned that's how it is with most apartments especially when it keeps changing. Any issue I had was resolved by maintenence but sometimes it took a few days. A huge bonus is when it's winter and it's snowy u can walk to the grocery store, bar, and numerous restaurants.

I am going to have to agree with Rebecca on a lot of her points. The apartment itself is nice. However, in working with the management administrative offices, it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had to call multiple times to have my issues resolves. And you know what, they never were resolved. And in not just talking about the onsite management, but west over companies themselves do not return calls.
You need to put the customer first, which is what most companies realize. Hope it was worth the negative review!

Takes 7 days to process my payment. Just got a new bank account and accidentally mistyped. Now I am notified I will be evicted even after resubmitting payment and having someone tell me it will go through ok. Yea, in what, another 7 days? I can't get a hold of anyone. Mailbox is full. Light post has been laying on the lawn with wires sticking out for 4 months. Lucky if you get a response to a maintenance request or any question at all. Phone number seems to have changed without notification.

The worst. The apartment and complex themselves are relatively nice, but the management is absolutely horrible.
Red Flag #1: They don't answer the phone. Hardly ever. And if you leave a message, they absolutely will NOT return it.
Red Flag #2: When we have maintenance issues they don't return our call, they just send someone (maybe) without notice.
Red Flag #3: A light post outside our door fell over during an ice storm in February. It had wires sticking out of it, and was not removed for four months. FOUR. MONTHS.
