The most important reason why our stay was so great was because of Pam ,The Concierge.
This was our first time there. We used our RCI Points and was pleasantly surprised that there was a Concierge. She made everything so easy for us. She had access to all the tickets we needed. We saw two shows and went to the different Grand Canyons and she knew the best bus tours. She gave us advice for everything we needed. She was so friendly and professional. The internet is a big place you can research for hours but If it weren't for her we would not of had the great experience we had.

I stayed here on a Friday night in October. This is generally not a place you would stay for only one night as it is very spacious and would be wonderful for a multi day to several week stay.my room was basically a one bedroom apartment. It had everything I could ever need. Plus it was super close to the strip. Just a very short walk to Planet Hollywood. This is a hidden gem. I will definitely be putting this on my short list of places to stay.

The people at the front desk aren't friendly anymore. My family and I were not greeted when we entered the hotel. The clerk just glared at us and she was very short and borderline rude with her responses. No one should be treated this way. Especially an owner who pays over $800 a year in fees. The hotel is beautiful, please do better.

Stayed here last month and to be honest we didn't have high expectations based off of the reviews that I read prior to our trip but I gotta say we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms were. Stayed in a 2 bdrm and it was very nice and clean. We didn't have much interaction with the staff so can't say much about them one way or the other but check-in and check-out was simple and painfree(unlike many of the reviews I saw). The resort is close enough to the strip to walk but far enough away to not hear the commotion of the strip. Our only complaint if we have one and the reason I can't
