For Kevin, working on special one-of-a-kind commissioned pieces is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work. Kids are back in school, and soon the holidays will be upon us! Services
Kevin and Christi Weaver established The Polished Edge Inc. in 1997 in a small 350 sq ft space with big plans to create one of kind fine jewelry collections. Hoping to focus solely on Kevin's creations but being in a retail location, we quickly realized a need for additional inventory since most of Kevin's work was going out the door upon completion.
In-stock pieces are available on a first-come basis. If you are interested in an item that is sold out, please contact us for a Made-to-Order request. Made-to-Order pieces as shown will ship within 10-15 business days. If you are interested in adding custom details, we would love to create the perfect piece for you.

If you're in Kansas City and looking to buy or sell jewelry stay far away from this place especially if you're a person of color I did not grab the gentleman's name but he made it a point to make me feel very uncomfortable for even walking in the place. I went to The Polished Edge with a piece of gold that had broken into two pieces. Because of what the gold was a lot of jewelers did not want to work on it (pull out Gold Teeth). Seen his highly rated reviews so I gave him a try. He accepted the challenge & not only did he exceed my expectations, he cleaned them back to brand new, had it all done within 2 days, & the price was not bad at all ! If you have ANY type of jewelry you can definitely trust Kevin to get the job done right. He's a man who takes pride in his work & VERY VERY nice and kind along with the lady that was working as well. Definitely

I had my engagement ring resized here last year and was really happy with the work, especially since Kevin did a rush job for me so I could wear it right away. So I thought of them first when I wanted to have a watch repaired recently. The watch was my father’s from 1967 and in rough shape, but I was hoping to have it fixed up as a gift to my fiancé. Needless to say, it was very important to me that it was done well. Kevin took the time to go over the details of the repair with me and made sure that I got it back in time. Visiting this place and the gentleman that runs it was the most pleasant experience of my hectic day. He was even able to repair my watch the same day! The selection in the display room was awesome and the atmosphere was very pleasing. I will be recommending this fine establishment to my friends and customers needing repairs to their watches. Five stars is not enough!
