These guys did an amazing job! A stone had fallen out of a ring that was my grandmother's (one stone for each of her children, and ironically it was my mother's that had fallen out). It didn't seem a major repair to me but as I called different places, including in other states where I was at the time, they were asking hundreds of dollars! One quote seemed higher than the actual worth of the ring

My gold earring from my grandma was broken one night by a friend and I was devastated, I took the pieces to Waldo Jewelers and they somehow worked magic to get it back together. my earring looks just about exactly how it didn't before it was ever broken!! They were so nice and worked so hard to get my earring back in good shape. And they charged me a really good price too!! Will definitely go back for any and all jewelry needs.

He also helped us pick out our wedding bands! Right before our elopement, Michael polished and cleaned the rings to ensure there was extra sparkles! We recommend everyone to Waldo Jewelers!

My engagement ring is unique, so we chose a smaller local jeweler thinking they'd be more equipped to handle a unique request. Waldo jewelers has the highest rating so we thought it would be safe with them. We couldn't have been more wrong.

I asked around many different jewelers to get my engagement ring resized and no one could do it in less than 2 weeks. I found Waldo jewelers online and saw that it had perfect reviews. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and was told it could be done in 2 hours. This place is amazing, along with the owner. Highly recommend.

I have to say what an AMAZING jeweler Michael is! I had the stone replaced in my wedding ring three years ago; I had been to other jewelers and their quotes were way too high for my comfort level. Michael took the time to listen to my needs--since I work with my hands, I didn't want a pricey stone in the ring, but I wanted it to be beautiful. He suggested a lab-created stone, moissanite, which turned out to be GORGEOUS. He also tightened the prongs, cleaned the rings (engagement and wedding set), and honestly made it look brand-new. Michael was extremely patient and helpful while I was buying my engagement ring! He orders in all the parts and builds the ring for you in house which is important if you want to customize. As a first time ring buyer it was good to know I was working with the owner of the shop who's been in Waldo for 9 years (if I'm remembering that right) and has a neighborhood reputation to uphold. I referred my brother to him and would come here to him. Also the fiance with *very* pleased!

Michael worked with my fiancé to design an absolutely gorgeous engagement ring that includes an uncommon cushion-cut salt and pepper diamond surrounded by a halo of sparkling white diamonds. It looks as much like an antique as it does a contemporary piece. It's stunning and truly one-of-a-kind. We couldn't dream of a more perfect ring!

I cannot say enough good things about Waldo Jewelers. My husband and I visited so many local jewelers before choosing WJ to make my wedding band. While other stores tried to force me to buy something they already had made or give me something I didn't want he listened to what I wanted and delivered. It took about a week and the wedding band of my dreams, perfectly fitted and designed to match my antique engagement ring was done.
About 2 years later we stopped by again to have my rings sized and cleaned, he remembered us and was happy to take on the work.
