The quality of store items were excellent and love the set up/everything about the store. The only thing I would change is the girl at the front of the store today did not greet or offer to help us, not good customer service at all.
I also got two (beautiful) hair scarfs which should have been 2 for $32, but I realized after getting home I was charged $18 for each, very disappointed. Make sure to check your receipt, fabulous store though.

My most favorite place to shop for gifts for others and for myself when I'm visiting my KC family. I am obsessed with the hair accessories which actually manage to hold up my insane mane while being super cute. They also have a killer selection of greeting cards (my other obsession). Friendly staff who even helped direct me to my now favorite coffee spot.

During a shopping day on the Plaza, I had to stop by EB and Co, because hello their curb appeal is incredible!!!
The set-up of the store was beautiful and clean; it really helped bring all the attention to their beautiful jewelry.
I picked up a pair of earrings, a claw clip, and the cutest set of barrettes.
When I got home I realized that the earrings I had gotten were missing a gem. The owner had emailed me personally after my purchase thanking me and inviting me back. I wrote her back telling her my situation asking if there was anyway to get a replacements wNt to me since I don't live
