My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and we were so, so happy with our experience. After we were engaged, I needed my ring re-sized and looked all over town for a decent price and time. Most places I found were 70+ dollars and a three day turn around. I called Vinca, whose pricing was ~20 dollars less than anywhere else and they told me I could have my ring back in ONE HOUR! Vinca is awesome. My fiancé got my engagement ring there, and we also returned for our wedding bands. They completed customized all 3 rings according to what we wanted. They also re-sized them complimentary and offer cleanings for free. They have amazing customer service and I feel that their prices are really reasonable compared to other places like Helzberg. Also they will bring in different diamonds to choose from for a particular setting. I wanted an asscher which is really hard to find, but they brought it is special for my fiancé. Go here for sure!

UPDATE: The center stone in my ring started becoming loose since picking it up from Vinca. When I took it in they said it was $350 to replace the entire head. I was told they remembered the ring and they disproved of the head then (but never said anything), then later asked if the diamond was real (if they truly remembered, they would know it is). When I asked how they would make the prongs stronger/better, I never got a clear response. This is a 40 year old, platinum ring that has never had any issues and I haven't banged it on anything, so it seems suspicious. Obviously trust is huge with

He proceeded to tell me that the part was no good anyway, and that I would need to get a new one. He refused to look for the part or even pretend. From there, he suggested that I had lost the part or that it never existed. I didn't bother to ask how the bracelet held together without the part that I'm now missing.

Something missing from the American experience symptoms to be craftsmanship and artists and ship. What you'll find it think it is trained experts in the field who actually know what they're talking about and in cases of soldering are arranging and fixing their people were skilled laborers who know how to fix things.

A lot of great things about vinca but the best is how original the pieces are. If you looking for large stones with ordinary settings this isn't the place for you. I'm recently married and have only bought 5 pieces there yet the staff knows me by name and is very friendly. My wife loves the jewelry, esp her wedding ring, and I intend on getting all her jewelry here.

I first stepped into Vinca 12 years ago looking for a ring for my oldest daughter's sweet 16th birthday. Simon immediately explained his idea and drew it on paper. I had never had a custom piece of jewelry designed so i was a bit nervous. The ring turned out amazing and was the perfect gift.

I had my wedding band custom made by Simon at Vinca and it was AMAZING. My then fiancé had bought me a gorgeous engagement ring from a jeweler in Washington, DC, where we live, but the setting of the stone was too low to fit with any normal band. Jewelers told us we needed to custom design a band. Simon made one that fit incredibly and flawlessly with my engagement ring and looked as if it was made for it. The price at Vinca was also the best of the other four places we checked. Simon wins it for precision and timeliness.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Everything is perfect...selection and customer service are both outstanding! Prices are wayyyy lower and the quality higher than chain stores.

I have a good size kunzite I want set but literally no other jewelry store in the metro area will even look at it. I understand they don't want to deal with a softer stone. I mentioned it to Simon,the owner, and he said to bring it in sometime and he could make whatever I wanted happen. He wasn't joking!!

The only negative thing I can say about Vinca is they are ADDICTIVE! I never used to be into jewelry until I began shopping there. I was used to seeing more commercial run of the mill designs - and while they were pleasant, I never really wanted any.

My husband purchased my first engagement ring setting from Vinca. It was an original design and was very unique. After two months, the center diamond, which was my deceased mothers, was loose in the setting. The store "fixed it" and sent me on my way.
