I love it here was skeptical about the apartment but really love and i have great neighbors. Great place for families! Staff is great, great maintenance, nice and quiet and tons of stuff to do! We've been here over two years! I moved to this area sight unseen from Florida and lived at Smoky Crossing for about a year while looking for and purchasing my house.

Do not move here! They gave us a written contract saying rent was due by the 6th of every month than when we paid rent on the 6th at least 3 months than about 5 months they charged an extra 300$ for being late on rent but our contract said by the 6th and the employee that issues our keys also stated by the 6th. Than maintenance took forever! Our water busted our floor was covered in water they tried to blame us. Than when leaving they over a month not living there! Which I’m beyond happy not being there!! They are telling us they had replace all the carpet cause of my hair being stuck to the

KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE! This place seems as if it is nice but after a few weeks here, I understand the 2.5 rating and I think that’s generous. I’ve had less days with AC than I have with AC. No communication on when it’s going to be fixed. The best “solution” they had was a wall unit. Which they left outside of my door. Just sitting there like “Figure it out”. But that was a step up from the previous day when all they had to offer was for me to go to a guests room. And that’s after I had to go up to the office after they’d locked up and not updated me on the situation

We lived here for about half a year before buying a house the only issue we had was our AC going out which can happen anywhere...We loved the people who worked here especially Lisa she was absolutely amazing! Sad to go but so happy to start our lives in our new home. They worked very quick to fix every situation. Sad to see some of these reviews when we had nothing but a great experience with them. Thanks so much Smoky Crossing!!.

Would give negative stars if possible!!! We filed NUMEROUS maintenance requests which went completely unanswered, one of which was water in the kitchen sink would not turn off- not a drip but running almost full stream. Called the office and was told to turn the water off under the sink which I had already done. THREE DAYS LATER still no maintenance person had come so ended up having a plumber friend come fix it, and by the way yes the work order was marked completed after the 4th day even though no one had been there. Refrigerator stopped working and had to keep calling front office to get someone

We have found some wonderful people in this neighborhood that has made our experience more positive than not, but dealing with the apartment complex itself is difficult. Honestly, if the owner would hire more people and train their staff on communication all issues would dissolve instantly and all of these terrible reviews would turn bright. Be prepared for maintenance requests to be marked as "completed" without every being done just so they can look good on paper. We have requests that have been submitted up to three times, each time marked as completed with no communication or resolution. They

We only lived at Smoky Crossing a year and moved only because we bought a house. We enjoyed living there and really have no complaints. Maintenance is a little slow but great for the most part. The office staff is great and easy to talk to. Never had problems with any neighbors and the dogs enjoyed their walks at the church next door. We will miss seeing and talking to Lisa at the office (my dog especially) but we will only be a stone's throw away. You won't be disappointed if you live here!

My family have lived here for over two years and in 2 different apartments and we love it here! Staff is phenomenal! Always willing to help and so kind. Can't believe I waited so long to make a review because honestly, I'm not sure why people are so negative. People need to understand that staff and maintenance are really doing their best and are human like us, sometimes it takes a little bit longer to take care of something, unless its an emergency then they're right on it. Beautiful place, great amenities, awesome city, great staff and they're continuing to add new amenities! We're really going
