Are you tired of feeling lost in knowing what Exercise Regiment is good for you as an Equestrian? With 20+ years as a Rider, Shelby understands the time, dedication & passion that goes into such a sport. In fact, after many years of Training young horses & OTTBs, competing Jumpers, and working for a GP Dressage Trainer, she even spent 3+ years in Germany to further her 'Education.'

In 2016 Shelby received the coveted title of Bereiter (FN) from the German National Federation. After her return to the U.S. she held a position as Head Dressage Rider in a large Training & Sales Stable. Like many Equestrians, the sport and lifestyle took a toll on body and mind, so Shelby set out for answers to living a pain-free life, and advancing as an equestrian athlete.

Rider Performance is only increased through effective body awareness, mind-muscle connection, and proper strengthening of the correct muscle groups.
At home, Body-weight only workouts to help you stay in-shape with tension relieving stretches & a solid plan to increase strength endurance using bodyweight circuits (for beginner to int.). A Ready-to-go Rider Fitness Program using Muscle Activation techniques to increase awareness, posture & mind-muscle connection using Resistance bands & some light weight (for beginner to int.).

I am so glad that I started with Train With Shelby. She added that something extra that I needed in my workouts. As a dressage rider, Shelby's workouts target muscles that us riders use and need to develop. Her program and app is so easy to use and the videos of your workouts are so helpful. Shelby doesn't just give you workouts to follow but she also is checking in on you all the time and she sees if you aren't pushing your self. I also love that she isn't just a trainer but she has come to watch me show a couple of times. She cares about her clients. Thank you Shelby for pushing

Shelby is amazing! Her workout plan has drastically improved my strength, balance and flexibility both in and out of the saddle. She is very motivating and frequently checks in with me to answer any questions or provide any tips I might need. I definitely plan to continue with her workouts because I'm loving the results!

Have you ever felt like there is more you can do for your riding? Give you the extra edge to bump you up to the next level? Well look no further! Shelby is the girl for you! Being an equestrian her self she has created a program specifically to help riders in any discipline become a better version of themself.
For me since I am local, I had her do an evaluation, where she watches me ride to see what I am struggling with while I'm on a horse. (She can do this via video if you are not local)

Most of the people think it's just a question of motivation but it's wrong, it's a question of discipline and mind.
Shelby knows that since the beginning.
She is highly recommended if you want to change your way to think and your body, she is amazing, fun and sometimes gives me a real hard time... but I love it!!! I am in a program where I work out 6 times a week.
Go for it, she is really approachable and knowledgeable!!
