Update: its been many more years and I still remain at this gym. Some people have come and gone and covid certainly had an impact on that. But the community and the vibe still remain. I have now became a coach and love how people continue to help one another without bias. Wonderful place to coach and train. For all you new people considering to try out crossfit for the first time, don't be intimidated. We all started from the bottom. Its that first step that counts. Make that first step!

Definitely a great place if your tired of the traditional gym routine. I have been a member for 3 years and this CrossFit gym offers not only great programming but also nutrition, fitness goals, boot camps along with endurance classes and Olympic lifting! I in no means am a gym person or diet person, my husband signed me up for a 6 week challenge to which changed my whole life around. I not only lost weight and inches but I feel so much better. Just by me joining you can see the difference in my mother and children's life's to as well. We are all eating healthier and working out. Everyday is different so you will never get bored, everyone helps you out no one judges you. Best place ever

A Big Thank You to Joey at Crossfit Lifted. We were referred to him to train our daughter in preparation for a Premier volleyball club. She needed Core strengthening ASAP to compete at a higher level - What an amazing job he did. CrossFit Lifted has played a vital role in my business' growth over the previous 8 months. We are a competitive water polo club for boys and girls ages 5-18 years old, local to the greater Rancho Cucamonga area. We pride ourselves on giving our athletes a full range of training, unlike other clubs who's coaches do everything (their idea of dry land training is a few burpees). As frequent travelers who like to maintain our health, finding a great gym is top priority. One of the first things we look for when reviewing a box online is how easily we can find the drop in request, followed by the statement of a gym. If we can't immediately find a portal to drop in, we immediately pass by. We were so pleased with the ease of process for CrossFit Lifted and their statement was utterly inviting. My sister and I had a GREAT experience at This box! We dropped in for 2 classes this week (Thursday 7:30pm /Friday 6:00am) WOD We had the privilege of meeting --Coach Hillary, Coach Joey. We've known Coach Big AL (alisa) since Highschool and had the best experience in both her and Hillary's class! So different from the box in Dana point,Ca where we currently go. Coach/Owner Joey welcomed us right in and gave us a small break down of how he runs his box and how many options we have for weekly WODS and boot camps. This was my 4th Crossfit gym that I've tried with a month-long Groupon and I enjoyed my time there. The coaches were knowledgeable and I thought the workouts were challenging. My only complaint would be that the gym can get pretty crowded in the evenings because there are sometimes multiple classes going on at once.

I can't say enough about this awesome crossfit gym! I was super intimated to get into the crossfit classes, so I stuck with bootcamp classes (that are offered at this gym) for a couple months. I finally worked up the courage to try the crossfit classes and I'm so happy I did! The coaches are all super encouraging and take the time to make sure you are doing every movement correctly, so you don't injure yourself. I love that they offer both bootcamp and crossfit classes to be able to mix up my workouts throughout the week. Everyone here is one happy family and very nice.

Just finished my workout and finally writing my review after finishing at least 2 months at this crossfit box. Usually Wednesday's are the days we dedicate the workout to someone that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. They are always the most difficult of the week but not impossible. This place really keeps track of everyone one of us and if you lag they even start calling you or texting you to make sure you are coming and making use of your month. Unlike the regular gyms which actually prefer to make money off us that pay a month and go the least possible. They really care for

Absolutely LOVE Cross Fit Lifted!! I was sad to leave my box in Mission Viejo but Cross Fit Lifted mended my broken heart. I've tried many different facilities before Cross Fit Lifted but wasn't overall satisfied. The day I tried Cross Fit Lifted I was beyond excited to finally find my crossfit home!! Everyone from the owner to the coaches to the crossfitters were so welcoming. They have great energy and positive attitudes. We always start with a warmup, a strength exercise, a METCON and then a cool down. The facility is huge with a surplus of weights and equipment. I have recommended

This box was more than inviting as I dropped in from out of state to get in a workout with old friends. They allowed me to have a good workout in their large facility. The head coach was more than motivating with his 100 burpee penalty, motivating us to finish thrusters in the Jackie wod unbroken. It worked and we all did really well. If I lived in state I would be attending this box alongside my friends. Plus they have showers, which I capitalized on.

I have been attending Crossfit Lifted for a month now... They threw me a deal to try out the gym for the first month $45. The first week you have to go to 3 training classes which are only available Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am or 6:30pm. You must attend one of each day.
Starting the week prior I decided to cut out soda, the first three days (training) it felt pretty intense. I surely wasn't use to that style training since I was out of shape.
