Services
Thank you for visiting David Mann Jewelers online, a family owned and operated full service jeweler. David Mann Jewelers first opened its doors in 1945, just after the Pentagon was built. Now run by brothers Conrad and Brian Mann, the store was initally started by their father, David, who originally opened the store as a service jewelry store and then added a full sales department.
David Mann Jewelers also has a full repair and service shop right on the premises. All work is done in-house, your items never leave the store. We offer free jewelry cleaning & inspection while you wait and provide jewelry appraisals as well. Many of our other services can be performed while you wait.
Buying a diamond usually marks a truly special occasion. However, the process of buying a diamond can also create feelings of confusion and anxiety due to the amount of money and research required. When buying a diamond, consumer education is vital to understanding your upcoming diamond purchase. Do you really want the cheapest or do you want the best value?
At David Mann Jewelers we do many custom jewelry orders. In fact, custom made jewelry is our specialty. We can make special order items as quickly as the next day if necessary. We have designed countless wedding rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings, all custom manufactured to our client's specifications.
We are located at the Metro entrance on the shopping concourse. All customers outside the Pentagon are required to call for an appointment prior to arriving at the Pentagon. Since 1945, David Mann Jewelers has been providing quality jewelry and expert customer service. Call or stop by for all your jewelry needs including cleaning, appraisals and repairs.

Absolute crooks. Purchased a pair of earrings (6 mo. old daughter's birthstone) for my wife and at check out, the jeweler warned me of loose backs on the earrings. I admit now, with the advantage of hindsight, that I should have stopped the jeweler then and had him put better backs on. A jeweler who offers good customer service would have provided better backs free of charge for $129 earrings -- or at the very least sold me better backs to secure my purchase. Who sells $129 earrings with cheap backs? Nevertheless, I made the transaction. The first time my wife wore them out, one was gone.

My engagement ring and wedding band are custom created by David Mann. Their service has been impeccable. I highly recommend them because they quickly address any concerns or issues with wonderful professionalism and customer-focus. My rings are gorgeous too!

Good selection and on premise repairs but indifferent customer service. I guess they feel they have a captive customer base inside the Pentagon but after being a repeat customer and spending, what is to me, a very significant amount of money over the past year and a half, this customer will walk into Crystal City before I step foot in David Mann Jewelers again. I had just picked up an engraved plaque in which the engraving cost $70 early Thursday morning. This was the
