Went in to get my engagement ring resized - woman in front who helped me was friendly and efficient. We picked up my resized ring 30 minutes later but it still felt loose, so the jeweler took it down another half size without any hassle. The ring looks perfect, and they were wonderful all around. And all for $25. Thankful for the great service!

Walked in with four watches, 3x 100m plus wr and one standard. All Analog needing battery replacements and one needed a new pin. The Jeweler started to repair them in front of me but i offered to come back in 20 min. I paid on pick up , very quick service. Will visit again. Also All Wore Masks and Limited numbers in their Shop.

Updated: 19May21, I have just noticed that on all watches the batteries are dieing and all watches are slowing down. I changed the review from 5 to a 1 star. I will be looking elsewhere for battery replacement.

Horrible business practices. The batteries I had installed didn’t last six month. The pricing is different depending on what employee you encounter. I needed a watch band. The female employee quoted $ 12.00. I left the store and came back and dealt with another employee. The price of changing the band had gone up to $ 15.00. It was the same watch, it still needed a band. They’re business practices are horrendous.
