Writing this review on behalf of my mother who got to work with Erin, she was very responsive and very professional. She helped my mother a lot and continuously showed her different properties and was prompt in setting up appointments. She would show up early and was always super helpful.

SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHE.
Update: After scheduling a yearly attic check, we found out that there is huge rat infestation in the attic, with major damage to insulation, wiring, and structure. The inspector said this is a result of years of neglect, in part, by the tenants for not flagging a possible infestation and the agency for not doing regular checks. This complete disregard for doing a basic upkeep of our home is now costing us over $13K to fix. I cannot say this enough, this "company" IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a complete fraud

Peggy Nielson at AB property management has to be the most neglectful and worst communicator I have ever been in contact with. The neighbor's tree was hanging over my fence dropping yellow pollen that made my throat swell, thus I walked around with and slept with an Epi-pen. When requested by my HOA manager to remove the poisonous tree on the landlords property, because it deprived me of quiet enjoyment of my own yard, as well as a health hazard, she did not respond to the HOA manager, nor the tenants. AB Property Management is the worst! I did a tour of the place I planned to rent and it was dirty, bugs in the lights, etc. and I was promised that it would be cleaned and move in ready once I moved in. It was not. I moved in and asked someone from the office why the place wasn't cleaned. She told me that I had to do a move-in checklist and they would address the issues in the first month. Ridiculous. Additionally, they inspected my place without my permission, if you call them to address maintenance issues they are inspecting and reporting to big brother. I had my girlfriend over when

Oh how I've been waiting to write this review!! Wanted to be sure we were out of the place and got some of our security deposit back. This will be a long review! So- if you don't feel like reading through it all- just take these words of advice.
DO NOT EVER RENT A HOME FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!
They should honestly be out of business from their bad business practices and all the illegal things they do. Also- the BOSS- I won't say her name- because I still want to respect her privacy! But, stay away from her. My husband gives everyone a chance and the list of people he dislikes

They told us painting and carpet is on them that we shouldn’t worry, now they want to hold half the deposit for a spot on a carpet, and few blinds that had fallen down, they are crooks and rude, just read all these reviews for them, I told them if they do I will see them in court and I will report them to the BBB. It’s a shame how they try to hustle people out of their money.

Have been leasing through them for over 10 years. Nothing but good things to say about them. Took care of the "front-end" with the tenant and handled the finances well. They handled a difficult tenant eviction case and a tenant lawsuit relating to the deposit. Thanks Nancy and the rest of the staff!

A company with an average 2 star rating says it all so I would recommend to anybody not to rent from AB Property Management. Too bad I didn't yelp them before hand so now I'm stuck with them for a year lease. The first day we arrived at our new home we found 20-30 cockroaches laying dead on the garage floor, and some dead in the pantry. You would think the property just got fumigated and now the bugs are dying off. But why wouldn't they send someone to each house a day before people's move-in date to clean up the dead bugs? I called and found out the property had not been fumigated

It ok renting under this management until we moved out and were charged for painting only to pass by and see the manager Nancy there at work with a mexican guy... not only it was a terrible paint job (I sent family members at open house) but I was charged a large sum of money... I suggest you be careful before renting or hire your own people to clean and do touch up paint.

I don't have enough good things to say about the AB property management team. We have rented our adorable town home in Livermore for about a year and a half and now, and within that time, their company has responded promptly and efficiently to all of our concerns. As well as things that's need to be fixed or maintained. Thank you guys!

They do not care about any of the tenants at all just getting there money, they don't get work orders done, we waited 3 years for a work order to get done. The owner Nancy only Cates about her self she is rude and should not own a business. Never rent an apartment or house if they have anything to do with it

This was the worst leasing company I have ever been with. They kept my entire deposit and charged me the maximum possible for everything. The property manager did the cleaning in my apartment and her husband did the 'touch-up' painting which somehow was $200. There was lot of issues with the apartment when we moved in and she called it 'wear and tear' and we were charged for it when we moved out just a few short months later. I would NEVER rent from this company again because certain tenants are favorites and they can do whatever they want and get discounts on rent for doing the property manager

STAY AWAY! All the terrible reviews are true. They take your $40 "application fee" no problem and then you never hear from them again. After persistently trying to get into contact with them, we were told pretty rudely that the homeowners decided to go with someone else. But the good news is you're rolled into another property for "free" for 30 days with all the other suckers. They have no cap on applicants at all, taking $40 from each person and then never bothering to get in touch. What a SCAM. Should have listened to all the other true reviews. Don't believe the

Connie is horrible they are by far the worst property management people as foul as the dead man that was roting for 3 weeks in the unit next door to my sons unit. They made 2 adults and 1 child homeless! Connie Asked my son to go back and live in a house that smelled of a dead man Connie also stole his money. AB Property went above and beyond in helping me with the rental application process. I was a first time renter and I had so many questions.
I thought it was considerate of AB to call if you are approved for the rental as well as if you are denied so you can move on.
I was always called or emailed with open house times. I Was Given A Copy Of My Credit History.
When I had a maintenance request, I could submit it online or call the office to have it done.
I liked having the option to pay online so I didn't have to drive to the office every time.
