The first application where all aspects of application screening are complete, where the applicant meets all the minimum criteria, and has the soonest move-in date, will be the first applicant approved.
Each individual property owner sets their own policy with regard to pets or animals. Though many of our property owners allow pets or animals, please see the property listing to determine if the home you're interested allows them or not. If in doubt, please call or email our office to inquire. All pets must be properly licensed, have shots required by statute, and be spayed or neutered.
