Services
We have 45 years of experience with a full service property management. We will take your property from how to prepare a property for showing to prospective tenants, maintenances repairs, display a For Rent sign with applications on the rental sign, install a combo lock box so rental keys are not lost, handle the paperwork & tenant screening.
We are always looking for good honest tenants. We can deal with bad credit if you can explain what is on your credit report. We can also deal with bankruptcies, if you can also explain what happen to your credit. Normally we are looking at your total gross income, minus your monthly payments(credit cards, car payments, student loans, etc).
Before a prospective tenant is accepted & we take a holding deposit, we call each owner for the final approval. Advertise your property in the local newspaper and other rental agencies and online sources. We show the property to prosepctive tenants. We file our own 3 day Pay or Quits, hire an attorney to type the paper work to proceed with an Unlawful Detainer, and hire a process server.

Bob and Mimi were very nice when they showed us the home and handled the process very professionally. We were very happy with any maintainence services and they were prompt to respond to the same. We need to move out of the home as we got a new home but we liked the home and the neighbourhood very much otherwise.

Avoid like plague ! Never deal with these morons again. Lived in one of their properties for two years. Service was horrible. You would never get any kind of service like ever. anything you want fixed you have to do it yourself. all they cared is to collect their money. There is a foolish idiot running the place, called Bob. An old greedy junk of human. I had to sue him in court to get my security deposit. What a disgrace to human race.
