One of the worst Property Management Services I've ever dealt with; each service request can take up to month to be completed or even reviewed.
We lost heat during the winter (45 degrees), and they refused to let me fix it. They said they'd send their "certified technician", who didn't even try to fix it, and they asked to replace the entire system, which would mean keeping my family in a cold for two weeks and costing an additional $10,000. After 4 days of staying in the cold with two kids, I ended up finding my own technician and spoke with the owner, and we fixed the problem for $180.

Paige Cassero deserves 5 stars, and so much more! She has been so kind, responsive, and attentive anytime we have ever needed her assistance. I truly appreciate this because in my past experiences with property management, it was always a hassle getting a response, but not with Paige. She's great at what she does. Fernando is awesome too! Our heater recently went out and they were quick to get it fixed for us, and were so caring while doing so. Thank you Paige and Fernando!

I did alot of research on property management teams and finally selected Advantage Property Management Services (APMS). It's important to me that the management team focus on tenants, keep current with state and local laws, an expert in the real estate market and leverage technology to improve efficiencies. APMS is all of that and more. They've been able to quickly rent out my house even during COVID and when my tenants submit a work order, I'm notified and Paige is on it right away. Another advantage to using APMS is they manage allot of properties and thus have good relationships with service

From the very first day I met Paige C. I felt I was in good and trusted hands. The most important thing for every renter is responsiveness of the property management team. No issues was ever too small for the APMS team. Their attention to details and customer service is superb. They always follow all the safety protocol, especially during the pandemic.

My experience with Advantage Property Management has been excellent. Many property management companies can be unresponsive-if you can even get a hold of a person to speak to. As a renter, if you have an emergency sometimes you want to talk to a real person! Renting under Advantage I have found everyone to be very personable and responsive. I have dealt with Michelle, Victoria, and Paige individually and they have always been helpful, compassionate and eager to find solutions to problems. The whole team works together and communicates. In this day and age customer service and clear communication
