Nasty apartments B…. my first refrigerator was making loud noises I had to really put pressure in order to get replacement … RENTERS BEWARE: I know it isn’t too many houses available but just know this apartment complex ain’t it Move in at your own risk… I moved here cuz it looked nice and ideal location but this is a terrible apartment complex …. Do your research

If I could give a zero star then I certainly would. I’ve been living with roaches since I moved in. I was rushed into my apartment nothing was ever fixed tried complaining to the office only for Susan to hang up on me. Tried emailing Laura a few times but then she stop responding. Im moving out and I will be letting everyone know how horrible these apartments are. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE WITH ROACHES!! I couldn’t do thanksgiving dinner at my apartment because the roaches wouldn’t let me be great!!! I just pray when I leave the roaches are not in my things

Please DON’T move here the worst apartment ever! I wasn’t able to view the apartment until I had all my paperwork sign and I wasn’t given the proper walk through. They gave me a DIRTY apartment. The dish washer was filled with dirty water and gnats. The vent was hanging from the wall. The tub was dirty and peeling , and the apartment is roach infested. They refused to give me another apartment. It’s very ghetto and loud here. The people speed through the parking lot playing extremely music. PLEASE DON’T MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS! THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE!!! I only been here

The staff is horrible at customer service, we have had the same problems happening over and over again. We pay for pest control every month and have called continuously on roaches but just get told their pest control guy rescheduled for the past 3 months. If you need anything done you have to do it yourself. They expect us to follow rules and lease agreements but they do not keep their end of the bargain. Worst place to live. Pay a little extra a month and live elsewhere. And not to mention the office steadily tells you to call them for issues but they never answer or call back.

I understand businesses have protocols in place due to the pandemic but don’t advertise call for an appointment and don’t return calls. I’ve called several times in a month to just ask questions and no returns your call. I went up there only to be greeted with the sign. Another applicant walks up with her paper in hand which she had to knock for a minute for someone to open the door. Please don’t use the pandemic as a reason not to give good customer service.

As I write this review my hallway is currently flooded with water. My kids room is molded and flooded and we can’t even sit at home because of the smell of the mold that’s coming from the room. It’s been over 1 month since the flooding started. I’m very disappointed. I Do Not Recommend living here!!! / I’ve been calling and putting maintenance request for the past 3 weeks....... an black older gentleman helps a lot more than the other 5 that check in.

I've been living here for about a year now and I absolutely love everything about this place! It's a quiet friendly neighborhood and accepting of all types of people. I've never had any pest problems and the office is there to help whenever I need! If I could give this place 10 stars I could. These apartments are beautiful and affordable.

Absolutely horrendous. Have not answered my last 40 calls or voicemails. Take months to fix anything. Had someone side swipe my wife’s car in the parking lot. This place is horrible. A/C was broken for 4 months,Tub is clogged because of the paint from it getting stuck in the drain from peeling,water leak over my bathroom and the A/C unit,also the dishwasher doesn’t work. Not to mention all the murders that happen there. I hear gunshots every week.

100% would not recommend living here. Took them over a month to come unclog a toilet and shower drain. They also change management often. After they changed one time, my account had a random charge and they said when they changed management, the system caught the charge which was from 6 months prior and was never on my account before then. Everybody in the office acts clueless about everything except maybe one person. Apartments are spacious & decent for the price, but I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to live here.
