Arthur was a tremendous help in coordinating services for my mom. The care and compassion that went into helping me in the worst days of my life were truly amazing. He even went further to ask how the burial was in Florida and help with the dissatisfaction I received from the funeral home there. Couldn’t have imagined a better experience at a terrible time. Thank you just isn’t enough!

All of the staff were very warm and inviting to my family even though I know our family was big and there was a lot of us taking part in setting our services up. My grandmother was the one casket in the building when the fire happened (5/25/2021). I'm happy they all came out of the building fine and they made sure to save my grandma's body and some flowers as well. They let us take our time and made us feel comfort during this awful time.

My family and I have a long relationship with The Giove Family. Arthur and his staff are very caring, professional and personable. Our experience with them has always been excellent during such a difficult time. Recently with the passing of my brother. Arthur responded right away when I messaged him during the night. They are genuine and truly the best at what they do. Arthur and his staff made it very easy for my family and I. We didn't feel like we were sitting with a funeral director but more amongst family. We can't thank him enough for always being there for us and we recommend his services

My family and I would like to thank Arthur Giove and the staff. With my mom in home hospice by the end of June I reached out to Arthur to set up arrangements. His kind and caring manor made a very upsetting situation easier on us. He Kept in contact and walked us what we needed to do once mom passed. He made taking care of my moms service feel like he was taking care of one of his own family. Again thank you so much!

We recently lost Our Dad and Giove made a tough situation go very smoothly. They took care of everything we needed and were very quick with responses to any questions we had. Arthur was very easy to work with and kept in contact throughout the whole process. We have a large family and with the pandemic theY ran everything smooth and safe for all. We lost my father during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. Giove Funeral Home was the only one that would pick up my father from Queens. In fact Arthur sent someone there the night he passed, around 11pm to pick up my father. No other funeral home would. He made a very difficult and stressful situation less painful for me and my family. He is very kind and compassionate and kept me informed through the whole process and made it as easy as possible as he knew how hard it was on my family. I have already referred Giove Funeral Home to others that have lost their loved ones. I would 100% recommend

When my father passed away 20 years ago, my mother called her cousin, Peter LoBrutto. Peter was owner and operator of the Astoria Funeral Home. My mother asked him to recommend a funeral home on Long Island. Peter recommended Giove Funeral Home as being one of the most professional and caring Funeral Homes in the business. He was certainly right in his recommendation. 20 years later and my mother sadly passed away this past May and I naturally called Giove. They are so caring and professional. I could not have asked for better service.

When my mother passed away, there was no other choice but Giove Funeral Home. From the first phone call to picking up her cremation remains, the staff was so compassionate and accommodating. I have visited the Funeral home prior for wakes, which is why I had chosen Giove Funeral Home for my mom. I highly recommended them when the time comes to choose a funeral home for your loved one.
