I've seen a lot of negative reviews, idk who Cindy is; must've been past management but miss Whitney has been nothing but helpful and responsive every time I've reached out with any questions. I moved in about five months ago and here's some info for anyone looking at moving in;
PROS
* affordable
* laundry on site, but NEVER try on sundays everyone and their mom will take up a machine
* pet friendly
* Pool/spa
* walk in closets
* fireplace (I believe in all units)
*respectful and quick repair requests
* clean for the most part I have no complaints there
* Maintenance men are

Nice place to live but don’t expect your deposit back they will nickel and dime you to death. Cleaning fees for an air filter !!!! God forbid you scratch your paint than they have to repaint the entire apartment. Also watch out for bugs and having your water shut off constantly as they are to cheap to fix the pipes. If your apartment floods and you can’t use it well your on your own as they refuse to credit your rent for the time you couldn’t use it

You know all those awful stories you hear about people having to deal with terrible home owner’s associations (HOAs)? That’s literally what it feels like living here. The office manager here is everyone’s worst HOA nightmare. In her spare time, she loves to walk around and hand out violations left and right. Her and the rest of the office staff are extremely rude. This complex also raises the prices on the units yearly, even though they don’t really upkeep or maintain the complex. They do the bare minimum. It needs a major paint job and exterior and interior remodeling. The price is decent

Toured the place today and saw roaches in the apartment. Buyer beware. Also, when I inspected the sealing near the floors / walls, there were several gaps, which is where I assume the roaches are crawling in from. Otherwise, this seemed like a nice place.

Wow, I love living here! I just moved in not that long ago and I haven't been this happy at a place in many many years! First I will start with the office staff and my move-in experience. Carol and John have been awesome! They have been nothing but accommodating with all my wants and needs. If Carol wasn't available, then I had John. They both made me feel very welcome here as a new tenant! I didn't meet the corporate management, but they have gone far and above to make me happy! We did have to pay a lot to move in here though lol. But I am so happy to live here that I will overlook

Absolutely horrible office people. NIGHTMARE! Avoid the tall elderly blond lady at all costs and do not put yourself in a position where she has any control over your living space or your life will become a living hell.

"STAY AWAY! cockroaches in the building, very unsanitary place to live. Person from the management named Cindy is so rude and disrespectful. Feels entitled and condescending when they talk to you. They make us feel its our fault when clearly its theirs. She shouldn't be working in a management field if she is not happy talking to a residents. Bring back Katherine! she is nice and she knows how to work with people."

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! These people will lie to you about the apartment and what is really going on. They renovate the kitchen to make up for the absolutely disgusting environment they are hiding behind new paint. These people KNOWINGLY moved us into an apartment with cockroaches and the ENTIRE complex of tenants have complained ENDLESSLY about this situation but with no resolution. The leasing office is HORRIBLY rude, they avoid your phone calls and will be disrespectful if you don't agree with their piss poor management skills. They keep trying to move potential tenants to these

The only upside to this place is that it's cheap and next to the freeway.. it's all down hill from there

IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, LOOK ELSEWHERE

The management of this facility is down right awful, rude, and incompetent. The staff is wildly inefficient and misinformed- if you call in (if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone), they will give you different answers- this stems from poor management. Management refuses to update their online community page with updates as to when the office will be closed- it's usually a shot in the dark as to being able to reach someone

This place has a lot of vacancies as of late, and its because of how terrible it is to live here. We moved out of here and left our apartment spotless, honestly cleaner than the day we moved in, and they took our entire security deposit, trying to justify the cost for normal wear and tear. As landlords they have to reasonably fix a number of things for the next tenant, but this place tries to lower their costs by taking it out of your security deposit. They have their own people do these "repairs" and then charge an exorbitant amount off your deposit. Listen to the poor reviews of this

PLEASE, PLEASE do not move in these apartments. If you love having your personal belongings stolen then by all means this place is for you! Let me name a few things. The jack off of my boyfriends Jeep hood, his sons bike right off of our front porch, and wait for it.... MY CAR!!!!! When my boyfriend and I found out we wanted to make the front office aware. This was 8 in the morning. She had her stupid "will be back" sign up and wasn't back until 11 am!! Seriously?? Then when we finally told her all we got was, well good luck. They also absolutely refuse to put cameras up

I have been waiting a few months to post my review after moving in, specially after some of the negative ones. I can honestly say I love it here! Despite being next to the highway, it's very quite and cute. The staff keeps the landscaping very neat, and the outside working staff are very friendly. Apartment was spotless when I moved in, everything works great. I live right near the pool and never had an issue with noise. Sometimes kids can be loud but that just gives it more of a community feel. I love being right off the 15 but still feel secluded. My two dogs feel very welcomed and Pool is kept

I've lived here for 7 months and I LOVE it. The management is excellent. There's some older comments about rude staff, and I'm assuming it's old from prior staff because the staff here is wonderful and they all live here in the complex. The manager in particular, Anne, visibly takes good care of the property, is very helpful, and one time even connected my sister with a job reference once with one of the nearby businesses! Like- WOW! I feel like if there's any sort of problem, I go straight to Anne and she takes care of it.

Parking is a little crowded, but spaces are

My husband and I lived in the Penasquitos point apartments for the last 4.5 years. We were perfect tenants, we paid our rent on time, we never bother our neighbors we kept our apartment clean and treat it as our house.
The complex connected to the mountain and a lot of animals attracted by the trash they come over to the complex at night and early morning. I saw bunch of times raccoons and coyotes. Earlier this summer I got trapped in the car. I usually come back from work around 3 am and that night after I pulled to the parking lot I got out the car and I saw the big mountain lion running

Service is a Forrest Gump box of chocolates reference: You never know what you're gonna get. They seem very helpful for the most part but communication below par at best. Everything looks great in the apartment and it's close to a lot of things at a reasonable price. Downfall? There are no private patios or balconies - no storage. You can only have dogs up to 40 pounds which is sad as they claim to be pet friendly. I probably would have landed this apartment if the communication was better but we went elsewhere.

Let me just say, this was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

We relocated across the country, from Boston to SD. Because it was such a big move, we had to do the majority of our planning online. From what we could tell online, we liked this place. It was simple, affordable, close to my girlfriend's new job, and seemed decent enough. More importantly, they had a 6 month lease option so that we could at least move to the area and then figure out where we wanted to go from there.

First, the application fee is $30

PROS: Okay place to live for the price, convenient fast food restaurants, 1assigned parking space, maintenance crew is okay, spacious apartments

CONS: Only one laundry facility if you live in the far end good luck hauling your laundry, no grass not a dog friendly place your dog will be walking on rocks, dog park sucks, If you have two cars you have to pay for the second car, watch out for the neighborhood hood rat who walks all hours of night and morning with different guys and smokes alot in front of people's apartments and is super loud and sketchy, also there's a guy in a wheelchair
