POOR customer service. I’m from out of the town and emailed them to set up a tour to see the units I’m interested in. They just told me right away that they are not available and I can’t have a tour. They didn’t even offer the option to show me later when they become available. Just trying to ask me to sign the lease without even sending me a pic of the floor plan. STAY AWAY.

Kamron is the best property manager I have ever had. Responsive. Helpful. Accommodating. Caring.
The property is excellent as well. Unique and interesting layouts, quiet, safe.
I was worried when I moved in that I would hear the train, and while that was true if I had the windows open, the building is built so well that it wasn't a bother if I had the windows closed.
Great value, great location, great management. I was very happy for the two years I lived there.

Previously lived here in 2018 - 2019 with a roommate. I had to break my lease early due to an extremely- no, wait - INSANELY amazing job opportunity in the Bay Area. Kamron was so incredibly understanding of this 'once in a lifetime' chance and was so flexible with my situation. She was prompt and professional. If I were to ever move back to SD, I would definitely apply to live here again. Beautiful complex with a fitness center. The only con could possibly be for the train but I personally wasn't bothered because I'm a heavy sleeper, especially if the sound is routine. I highly

I have lived here 3 years now and don't plan on moving!! The staff Kamron & Joaquin go above and beyond to make the sure the residents & property are taken care of!! Absolutely love the urban feel of the apartments. Great prices for a very modern apartment. Only downside to these apartments is the train. After a week or so you definitely get use to it...after all we do live in the city. Love how centralized the location is to nearly any where you want to go in San Diego!! I would definitely recommend Loft 2015 to friends & family.

My husband & I have lived at Loft 2015 for a little over a year and a half. We were thrilled to find such a spacious, light filled and modern apartment so close to all the things I want to do in San Diego! It's in a bit of an industrial neighborhood, with a club on one side (that can run quite late some nights), and the trolley/train on the other. Yes, they both create noise, but it shouldn't come as a surprise as it's clearly an urban environment. More like downtown loft living. You can walk to Old Town or India street for restaurants, bars, or coffee shops. The 5 freeway

I love living here, pet friendly community, close to shopping,beach, and downtown. Kamren the property manager is awesome,
knowledgeable, helpful. Juquin maintence man is great, issues are always fixed the same day or the next day.
As to issues with noise from train and club yes it can be noisy sometimes but closing the windows helps and you will have noise anywhere you live in a city. The residents are nice and thoughtful, no

To me,​ some of the most​ important qualities of ​awesome living experience​ in an​ apartment community are​​ the location (to the things relevant to my experience​), the property manager and the expedience​ of the responsiveness and resolve to any issue while living​ there. The present property manager now is kind, professional, knowledgeable​, responsive​, extremely helpful and just overall a genuine human being. Lived here for three years with my husband and had a positive experience. Loved the location , Specialty Produce is right next next door, Five minutes to Old Town, Mission Hills and grocery stores. Also a quick Uber/Lyft ride to little italy, DT and PB. Building is package delivery friendly. Lots of neighbors do food delivery as well. Unique layout. Nice floor to ceiling windows. Maintenance is prompt. Management is easy to work with.

If you want your stuff constantly stolen, your car broken into (in a "secure" garage) or stolen, being confronted by transients and addicts within the "secure" property and no response from the management company about your concerns then this is the place for you. Other than that I would not take the chance to move here.

When I moved to San Diego from Chicago, I was very skeptical about moving to these apartments because of all the bad reviews they had due to a previous management company. Shaina (the current property manager) is great! The staff here is very friendly, very responsive and always there to help! They always have community events for the residents, which is great! The apartments themselves are very nice and modern looking, every one of my guests who have visited me have loved the apartments. I also think that these units are VERY reasonably priced comparing to any other units in the area.

By far the WORST place I ever lived in SD.
Extremely overpriced for awful quality in the least appealing location. Trash (literally and figuratively) everywhere surrounding the complex and inside the complex as well (Section 8).
Obscenely loud, unsafe, and overall poor quality of the units, make Loft 2015 the biggest ripoff in the city.

Shaina is the most awesome property manager I have ever experienced!! She needs a raise!! How dedicated to actually LIVE on the property. Imagine having a million residents hounding you every time you leave your apartment? On the elevator? Taking your dogs outside? That girl is the best employee in the world.

I absolutely love living here! It is very urban and modern. I love that most. The train and trolley are something I enjoy as well. It is super close and love being within walking distance to the trolley. I have met so many nice people and their doggies.
Aubrianna and the rest of the staff are always super nice and helpful. Every morning when I leave for work Joaquin is always working hard in the courtyard area and always tell me to have a great day.

Seriously, if you have a dog this place is wonderful. Dog park, nice people.
The manager aubrianna is one of the best managers you could ever meet. Maintenance jouiqiin is fantastic. Neighbors are super friendly and nice.
Next door specialty produce offers neighbor discount.
It's an urban neighborhood so it's a bit noisy with club on weekends and trains.
If you don't want to live in the city Santee is only a short 45 minutes away.

Dogs park constantly, and the sound echoes in the complex. Owners do not clean up after their dogs, so beware of land mines in common areas. Management's notes are ineffective at curbing the issues. It's like living in a dog pound.
Security is available on site; however, my husband and I had our bikes stolen from our storage units. Management was unable to review security footage until 24 hours later, which renders surveillance systems useless. Also, gates
