Our receptacle actually exploded and stopped working last night, and we contacted the office today and they sent a worker same day. Got it fixed in 5 minutes, new cover and new receptacle and works flawlessly now! Shoutout to my man Saul, definitely won't hesistate to ask for him next time we have a similar issue. He got it handled fast, efficiently and what a great guy, also working on a Sunday! Definitely recommend him! Thank you

Horrible customer service. Communication is not met. Moving out of here was a nightmare. I got corona so couldn't be there at checkout and they charged me. they took more than half my paycheck without notifying me. Wouldn't have gotten any back if i hadn't emailed. Again horrible service. I would give negative stars.

Great Events. From yoga to breakfast and movie nights. Food and or drinks at the majority of events as well as raffles and prizes here and there. Gotta love the fact the private gyms are pretty good deal too since i hate crowded gyms. The smaller ones at the other two towers make up for the big one personally because it seems like ita always a perfect alternative when i cant do my thing at the main gym.

While you live here life is better than living on the ship. However they are the biggest rip offs ever. They charge you for damages you didnt do and their move out polices are ridiculous. This place is a trap. It is so easy to lure new sailors here because we all want a new place but they will steal your money when you leave.

Horrible place to live! Go somewhere else worth using your BAH! Too many parties, staff is rude and won't listen to your requests, they lose your mail, there is some weird unhuman creature living next door making ungodly noises all night... The list can go on. This is a waste of your BAH, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Wow! Debatably the biggest rip off I have ever been swindled into. So you are randomly paired with a random roomate in an apartment that is probably around 1000-1300 sqft that they charge you around $2700 combined to live in. Elevators regularly break. It takes forever and a day to have something repaired and the apartments flood did to sprinkler testing. Do what you can to not move here. Most people are underprivileged and act accordingly.

I don't know too much about the management or anything since I refuse to live on a navy base after living in Japan barracks rooms for three years but this is not much different.
The building is very nice, and once inside it doesn't look bad until you enter a room. All of the people treat their rooms like its a dorm room and they are all about that size. Cheap amenities for sure, as well as small, I original rooms. The walls are thin so you hear all the people partying in every room around you too. They also take all of your BAH so I would definitely recommend moving out in town and

E4 and junior? No money to live elsewhere? Not a terrible place to reside. Granted it is on base, it is extremely nice and comes furnished compared to the other quarters on base. No utilities. Keep the A/C on all you want. If only the residents were more considerate of other residents and if only the price was a little lighter(completely overpriced) could this place earn a couple more stars. I also wouldn't mind the walls being a little thicker. On the brighter side, room size, mail delivery, amenities, parking, events, concierge service are all better than average and i have no complaints

On the plus side the pacific beacon has wonderful staff downstairs to be able to help you with anything and they are very professional. The subway and bagels shop downstairs is also great for a quick meal. The gym is awesome and the downstairs is decorated very well. The problem is the rooms and they charge you a ridiculous amount for when you are here and when you leave. They take ALL your BAH and the rooms aren't very big at all. When you leave they charge you to repaint the walls and to clean the carpet. If there is one stain on the floor you get charged. So if you wanna live here just

01/Nov/2011 - I had made an agreement with the pacific beacon to make payments for the carpet over the course of 6 payments beginning today. My wife and I are already living in Lincoln Military Housing and we received an email stating that our payment was not received (Which was odd since we created an allotment with them) Upon FURTHER INVESTIGATION, it was discovered that: [The PACIFIC BEACON did not honor our agreement and instead took out the FULL $600 at once, completely betraying our trust in the agreement and jeopardizing our month's rent for our current living arrangements.]

I use to live here when I was on Active Duty and I still come here to visit friends from time to time.
This apartment is for Active Duty only. The quality of life here is top notch. There is a rooftop lounge, a swimming pool located on the ninth floor, a fitness area complete with free weights, cardiovascular machines, and a stretching room. There is a basketball court, a volleyball court and a little track outside.
These apartments also have a Subway located inside near the main lobby. There is a nice outdoor courtyard with barbecue grills and furniture. There's a couple of game rooms
