ZERO star rating. While the amenities may seem appealing to the eye, the property management office here is awful. I've noticed two of the five star ratings here's are from the leasing agents back when this property was owned by broad stone. This property has roughly 100 units or more and everyone here knows each other. Some of these other five star ratings are from people I've never seen here, seems a bit odd. There is a lot of theft in the parking garage, cars being broken into, storage units being broken into, delivery packages stolen, etc. The property management simply replies with, "crime

I absolutely love living at Vida in North Park. From the very beginning when I first toured the building, it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. Robert was an amazing tour guide and so nice and pleasant to work with. The singing up and moving in process was super easy and the team made it as painless as possible. Living here has also proven to be a fantastic experience. The public and outdoor spaces are so well maintained and there's always a cleaning project going on - even power washing the underground parking! Thanks to Sam and team. I moved into this apartment complex during the pandemic, and I'm also moving out (due to a new job out of town) after a few months living here. I know how important it is to see how apartment complexes are handling COVID, so I've chosen to leave this review.
Vida North Park is probably one of the best values in luxury apartment complexes in San Diego in terms of the units themselves. Paired with spectacular management, it's practically a steal.

This complex is located in a convenient and central location in North Park. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Even in the quarantine time they have been very easy to work with regarding moving in. Parking is secured which is a major plus. Units are well appointed with modern features. Workout area, pool, and rooftop grill are part of the amenities, even though they are currently closed due to pandemic. They made move in very easy! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in North Park.

Amazing help from the start. Finding a place quickly and as safe as possible during this pandemic was a huge worry but it happened in the blink of an eye. Malia played a huge part in getting everything done to get us the key to our place. Absolutely loved the way our townhouse looked from the start and a very welcoming community to move into. Everything is well kept and clean. Our little family is doing very well here.

I can honestly say I have loved every moment living here so far! I had a great experience with Malia and Jorge helping me tour the apartments and move in. The amenities are top notch. I can't wait for the Jacuzzi to start working again! The staff are extremely friendly and actually care about the tenants. The complex feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The rooftop area is amazing. The residents here are extremely friendly and I love my neighbors. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are lucky enough to be able to find an apartment here, I would highly recommend it!

My gf and I moved here from out of state. Because of the circumstances we were unable to physically visit the location to take a tour. But the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions, even giving us virtual tours. We were able to find an apartment that suits us very well and we love being part of the community. The staff continues to be awesome now that we are here and the building/location couldn't be better.

With all that's going on in the world ... *what a long strange trip it's been* ... it still feels like home.
The building has a nice layout, great amenities and I like my apartment.

RUN RUN RUN! Don't be fooled by this beautiful building. It's ran terribly. My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and a half (we should have left the first time our lease was up) and both our cars have been broken into along with MANY others and we even pay extra to have them parked in a safe place. Security is a joke. Homeless people living in empty units, we have to let police in with guns and dogs, crime all around in and out of the building. This is NOT a safe place to live. They will claim they have security but it's pointless, as they aimlessly walk around at night when

I've been living here for a year. Formerly Broadstone North Park, now Vida North Park. The staff, especially Malia, is wonderful. The location is incredible, less than five minutes away from 30th & University, as well as Hillcrest. The gym is super high-tech. The rooftop lounge is great for watching the sunset or having dinner or cocktails. You definitely get what you pay for. It's for sure 'luxury'. It's wheelchair accessible, which is huge for me obviously. There's a roll-in shower in my two-bedroom apartment and a lift for the pool, as well as the jacuzzi!

I moved into an apartment complex and one of the reasons I selected this one was that they had a hot tub. I use it therapeutically both morning and night. The hot tub was a big part of my move in decision. I didn't check it out prior to leasing as I've been in hundreds of hot tubs and very rarely find one that doesn't work. This one doesn't. It has a flawed design. I've never been in one before where the jets are barely one inch above the bench. It turns the hot tub into a "public bidet", also, the water level is 4 inches below nipple depth whereas most hot tubs

$2000+ for a studio apartment!? This is north park, people.... not downtown San Diego. These prices are ridiculous. Beautiful inside, ok...but at least make it affordable. I feel like this is only catering to a certain type of people, income wise and that’s just rude. To built this apartment building in the heart of north park but making it impossible for people to afford them. Then you have apartments of 2BR for $4425.00, SERIOUSLY!!! I ADORE this gorgeous community. They offer something that no other place in North Park has. The luxury experience being brought to such an upcoming neighborhood is awesome! They have gorgeous brand -new apartment homes, town homes, pent houses, with brand new appliances, HUGE washer and dryers, and amazing amenities. Their club room is so modern but has so much historic inspiration. PLUS they are super pet friendly. They even have a dog washing station! Yes, the area is not as posh as east village (yet) - but thank god! It doesn’t smell like dog pee outside. The building itself is brilliantly boho chic. The pool area is comparable to The Mark in east village. This is a true community of friendly neighbors with fresh air and sunshine. I believe this area is the best kept secret of San Diego. Unbelievable food and bars, parks, and live music - without the tourist bs and fewer homelessness. Two minutes to the 163, 8, 805, hello! It’s a pure lovable neighborhood. And it’s just as affordable as mission valley minus the icky traffic.
