I used Auto Beauty as a Geico xpress location. It was a disaster. They had my car for over a week when they called me to tell me they had just driven my car for a couple miles on the highway and it's all fixed. I got one block away when I realized the alignment was completely off. I brought it back and had to show them how bad it was. They took another weekend to get it back to me. One quick trip on the highway and I realized they hadn't solved any of the underlying issues. I had to bring it to a second mechanic to get everything fixed. Do not use Auto Beauty, it is just a waste of time. There

I've been using Auto Beauty Specialists for years; first at the Webster Groves location and now in Olivette. They do a fantastic job, keep me informed of any unexpected damage not seen before they into the job, and
the car is clean inside and out when it's finished. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The Olivette location is pleasant to wait in, snacks and drinks available. I wouldn't use any other body shop.

Had to get my bumper fixed on Corolla 2010 and everyone was very helpful and did amazing job on my bumper and cleaned out the inside of my car, too! I only wished they called me or gave me text updates on my car so I knew when the insurance finished reviewing my car, if and when my car parts were there and when my car was ready to pick up.

Unfortunately, I have had to get bodywork done to our family vehicles twice this year - 2020 can't end soon enough. Fortunately for me, Auto Beauty Specialists was there to take care of my problems. I had a long career in autobody repair so I know what to look for when I pick up a car that's been repaired. When I picked up my vehicles from Auto Beauty, the color match was spot on, the body panels were straight as an arrow and the gaps between the body panels were perfect. On top of that, the entire car was delivered to me spotless and ahead of schedule. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly

My brother has a 2019 king ranch Ford 150. The vehicle is only four weeks old. And there was a accident in the front seat that needed to have perforated leather ventilated seats cleaned. The owner at auto beauty specialists,Took care of the issue and everything was done perfectly.

I would highly recommend Auto Beauty Specialist! They were honest with the quote based on the damage, as I received quotes from multiple body shops. The car looked new after the repair in addition to being thoroughly cleaned on the inside and out. Math Barmeier was a pleasure to deal with, as everything was done in an extremely timely manner. Highly recommend!

I took my car here because I had tar splatters all over it. They were very friendly and provided me a quote which ended up being over $2,000. Most of the cost was labor (they claimed it would take 16 hrs.) Because of this price I decided to go through insurance. The next day someone told me to try kerosene or gas to wipe it off. Sure enough it worked and only took me a few hours.
Saying that I find it really hard to believe that these "professionals" didn't know how easily the tar could be removed. They took advantage of the situation

This is best auto body shop for service and quality repairs in Saint Louis hands down. My man, Kenny Smit, will get your needs met and makes things happen. He will fight with insurance companies on getting the repair done right and always goes the extra mile. If you care about your vehicles, I recommend this shop above all. This place is so great. Just picked up my vehicle this morning from having an interior detail after my dog got motion sick several times. Looks brand new again and they even washed the exterior for me too. The price may astound (it took me a week to come around to the quote) but they really do an excellent job that is well worth the money. They make you feel like they've known you and your car forever!

I took my 1991 red BMW in for exterior detail last week--hood/trunk/roof paint had faded to the point where I thought I would need total repainting. The folks here were able to buff it out and apply some miracle sealant that restored the paint to like-new condition. There is not a swirl mark or any other indication that there is any product at all on the car--no residue on the rubber gaskets anywhere. It should last a year, and is well worth the $300 I paid. They were done in a day--I dropped the car the night before and got it back at 4:30 the day of my appointment. I recommend them highly. I

Follow up review.... Picked up my car a few days ago and everything looks beautiful. Actually it almost looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealership! Great service, great work and they are clearly committed to making sure they win someone's business for a lifetime. Only downside to the location is tight parking but besides that, if I ever need work on my car the extra 15 min drive will be totally worth it.

Absolutely the best detail anywhere. Friendly knowledgeable staff know how to get stains out upholstery and carpets. They got some scratches out of my paint and even touched up a couple of chips at no additional charge. the car I picked up was not the car dropped off. I looked in every nook and cranny for things they might have missed but they got all up down in there and got everything.
