Great service ... And decent price. I had a Sun roof problem of Water going inside my car. I was giving the time of when it would be finished and it was on point. Also, my headlights Completely fogged they made them look new.Their prices are reasonable the lowest in Cincinnati area. Going forward this will be my body - Shop to go to.

I called Kalb's to get an estimate for my bumper to determine if there was damage that couldn't be seen. Other repair shops said they would only remove the bumper cover when they did the repair, but I wasn't sure I wanted to do a cosmetic-only repair on an 11 year old vehicle. When I called, Roc told me what they would charge to take off the bumper and do a closer inspection.
Upon arriving, I explained the nature of the accident and my concerns. Roc looked under the vehicle, looked and felt closely along the bumper, and popped the hood to see everything he could without taking off the bumper.

Kalb's estimate was reasonable and their resulting work was outstanding. Now, just this week I took my SUV and yet again - reasonable, fair price, no unnecessary extras and my car was finished in 1/3 the time projected by another shop. So glad I found them - I won't be taking our cars anywhere else for body work.
