Services
A limited lifetime warranty is offered on the repaired claim for as long as you own the vehicle. Five Star Collision Center, Inc. has been inspected and approved by the Underwriters Laboratories and has been awarded the Good Housekeeping Seal. We are also certified and licensed by the Ohio Collision Board of Motor Vehicles.
As the owner of a motor vehicle damaged in an accident, by law you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice. No. Do not waste your time shopping for estimates. Select a repair facility, then notify your insurance company, or ask the shop to make the call on your behalf. Most policies require notification.
We as a family have been able to bring any type of auto issues to Five Star Collision with GREAT results. Having 2 children and many cars. They have been able to provide any service needed. The service is quick and done right. We have had several all over paint jobs with special graphics. All of which turned out very nicely and were a BIG hit.

My mother-in-law required collision repair for her Lexus. Our first quote was from a shop recommended by the dealer. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the estimate seemed high, so we Googled for something local and independent. Based on reviews, I stopped by to meet with Paul and Lisa. So thankful we did! They were courteous, Covid-conscious, and instantly trustworthy. The estimate was reasonable so we scheduled the drop-off/pickup with them offering to take her home. The quality of work is excellent and we highly recommend Five Star Collision. Definitely worth five stars and more than living up to the name

In my industry, we experience dents and dings with our new drivers buy beyond that, we have had several situations where someone has hit us. When a drivers training car has toniff the road for Repair, we can potentially lose money.
