Our daughter was in an accident while away at college. We live 2 hours away. I researched Mark's on Google and BBB and chose to have them do the repairs. They took great care of our daughter, did quality work and communication was excellent. Also worked with the insurance company and Enterprise car rental to make sure she had a rental. If your kiddo is in a similar situation in Cincy, be sure to send them to Mark's

This is the second time I've used Mark's Auto Body and am delighted again with their work and great customer service. My Range Rover was damaged in a hit and run, so I had an insurance claim and a rental car, and Mark's made it simple for me on both fronts. They called Enterprise to check on my rental, they called Progressive directly about my claim, and I could leave my rental at Mark's when I picked up my car. Everything was super easy for me and I was delighted. Thanks Mark's Auto Body!

Don't let the location or size fool you. This was by far the most professional and satisfactory service I've experienced in a long time. Both the office staff and body shop kept you informed as to status and held true to completion. Highly recommend!!!

Mark's was recommended by a close friend. Car needed alot of bodywork, and Kyle and Karita were clearly advocates for doing it right from the get go, including advising on avoiding short-cuts that insurance wanted that would not likely work. Looks and works good as new. Having satisfied customers clearly matters to them. Its nice to have a place to take your car where you feel you can trust them on both price and quality of work.

Found them through my insurance and I’m so glad I did! I needed to have some major work done to my passenger doors. Kyle and Karita made the process so easy. They were both so nice and helpful and made sure my car was done in time for a trip I had planned. My car looks great!! Thank you guys so much! 100% recommend to anyone!

Mark's Auto Body was a pleasant experience. My car came out great, service was exceptional. Just mind the hill when you come up, it might not seem like an entrance but that's how you get up to the office and garage. Would use their service again (but lets hope I never have to).

From the first phone call until I drove the car off the lot, the service was exemplary! The staff was professional and put me at ease as I looked for a body shop recommended by my insurance, that I felt comfortable dealing with personally.
Kyle, the owner was welcoming and explained the process and time frames for completion.
I needed another slight repair, as not to interfere with the work he was performing. He did not pressure me for the other work. I ultimately allowed him to fix the other issue.
Excellent customer service, quality work, COVID-19 considerations and a Great experience!
