Our Team focuses on education based programs to protect our residents and experienced consulting for clients to ensure the property and community is a good fit for their investment.
We are located East of Hillcrest on Bannister Road. Our office entry is on the NorthWest side of the building and is open 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. If you are mailing your rent it must be received no later than the 5th to avoid late fees. If you are having financial difficulty please contact our office for payment arrangements and possible assistance through other programs!.
This information is also available in a hard copy at our KC Office location. Meridian requires all residents to have all utilities scheduled to be transferred in their name before move in day. For your convenience a list of companies and contact information have been provided. Meridian recommends that all of our potential tenants research their property to confirm any city violations have been addressed prior to moving in.

I have rented from Meridian Properties for 5 years now and I have to say it's one of the best Rental companies I have rented from. The property team is very friendly, great communication, very supportive of their tenants, very reliable, and overall I give high praise to this company. I only been an tenant for only one week and the response time for an maintenance issue is horrible. I moved into my home on August 20 and by that Monday I had an full list of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I particularly emailed the issues but no response from the maintenance coordinator. When I was calling to follow up with the email no one would answer the phone or when someone did answer the phone they didn’t have my email. I keep everything in writing to show proof that I had sent out the email. If this company is the type that don’t like to communicate or fix things that

I have rented with Meridian for a year now, and I honestly do not have any complaints. Our work orders (big or small) were looked into and completed within a timely manner. Meridian has been flexible with me, during covid and has always kept me updated with scheduled home checks. They have always been very helpful and have answered questions within a timely manner. Very thankful to rent with Meridian Realty!

For 2 years we've fought to get things fixed and have been ignored. Including a small gas leak at the water heater that we reported on move in April 2019 and fi ally got bad enough summer 2020 that we called the gas company and they fixed it.
During the pandemic, I became ill and lost income. During my illness, staff used gaslighting and baiting to coerce me into signing agreements I couldn't keep. Finally, we ended in an eviction, and I was given 2 weeks to move. That same night, we had a pipe burst. We tried to report it immediately but their emergency maintenance mailbox was full. I left a

I have been in the investment business for over 20 years and has lucky enough 5 years ago to come across Meridian Property Management. What an outstanding organization. Very detailing in the reporting, quick responding to my questions along with tenants, never hesitates to take care of tenant questions or repairs that needed to be done. Crystal and her team are amazing folks to work with. We have several properties in the KC area and they manage all of them as if it is their own. Crystal treats us like family every time we are in town. I would most certainly recommend them (in fact we have several collogues, who are now investors with her). Meridian have a great team that works with us and they are very knowledgeable of the area which makes it a bit easier when making a decision to invest in a property.
