No one ever answers the phone or ever returns phone calls no one is every at the office always taking hour lunches and at this point is it a corporate number because it’s ridiculous

I’m new to these apartments, so far the experience has been great. The people in the office are very nice, they really do work with u on getting your place. So I rate 4 stars for the good services..

I don't live out there(never would) but a friend of mine lives out there and just pulling into the community is an eye sore. Trash everywhere all over the ground. Gigantic potholes at the entrance and the exit. Broken appliances, tires, mattresses, etc all around the dumpsters. Buildings need to be renovated. Sidewalks need power washing. All units need to be rehabbed. Put some money into this community and fix it up and get rid of the low life and riff raff.

Nobody contacted me back at all this week. Ive called a few different numbers.
Nobody emailed me or texted me back on the text setup they have.
I would have liked to view the property and know the availability but no luck for me....😥

Great experience. The application process was easy Ms. V was very patient and understanding . She communicated throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable looking forward to moving in soon and being part of such a great community .

The lady's that work there are very nice, informative and especially helpful while we filled out application. Liked the fact that there is a demo apartment that conjoins with the office so you can view what you're possible future place will look like. All around good vibes for me.

Been trying to get in touch with the office for 4 months.. LITERALLY SINCE NOVEMBER and we’re halfway through March. They’ll send letters but are never in the office, never respond to calls or emails. Extremely frustrating when you’re trying to be a good tenant and handle business!
