If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Be very aware of this complex before signing any type of agreement here. If you are looking for a very unsafe & uncomfortable place to live this is it. This is advertised as a gated community & as student housing, both are false. The majority of the people who live here have children and are not students. These same people are also people who have altercations on regular occurrences. Constant yelling & physical fighting. Mind the fact I have been here only a little over a month. Within the month I have been here, my 12 week old puppy has been attacked

I lived here for a year and it was more than enough.
First of all all the good reviews are bought by the office. "they did a giveaway if you wrote a good review)
Here is some honest points that you should consider if you want to move in:
-there is a big big biggggg bug problem in the apartments, and they take forever to address it.
-towing is a big problem as well, so don't expect to invite your friends over if the office is closed.
-dishwasher, microwave and fridge are soooo old that don't be surprised if you have problems with it.
Do not move here.

I lived here for 6 months and that was more than enough time. Honestly, I didn't even stay in my apartment for majority of that time anyway due to issues with roommates and bugs.
Perks
-I enjoyed living close to downtown.
-My pup loved the dog park.
-Maintenance issues were taken care of typically in a quick manner.
Cons
-Overall the location is not great. Not in a great part of town.
-We had a huge bug problem. Including cockroaches, multiple times.
-Walls are paper thin. Could consistently hear neighbors on both sides and upstairs.
-Upon moving out, it took management 2 months to do

My friend and I had planned to move in together, I did not because I found a one bedroom house which was perfect for me, had nothing to do with Stadium Walk. He enjoys it, however the parking is limited, guests have to park outside of the complex if they plan on coming past office hours, my friends apartment was supposedly “cleaned”, however first walking inside gave a totally different impression. Dead and alive bugs all over, dirt and dust, chipping paint, and electrical outlets that do not work all over his four bedroom. However, that does not mean all of Stadium Walk is bad. The rooms are

I'm not usually the type to complain about something, but this place is ridiculous. This is my first apartment and moving in, I was so excited about the amenities like an outdoor movie theater (turns out to be a piece of wood painted white with a projector that they do nothing with), hot tub (which reeks 50% of the time), a gym (with two treadmills and no weights beside a 50lb weight) and a laundry facility (which is filthy and bleached both my roommates and myself's clothes within the first few weeks). Everything here was done with zero care. Yes, the management is nice, but everything was not

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The newest staff hired is probably the nicest and most productive but my roommate and I had TERRIBLE experiences with the previous staff and the management company overall. I had to fight for over 6 months to get my deposit back because they "used all $450 of it to clean the apartment". Not only is that outrageous it wasn't even necessary considering the unit we moved out of was demolished and completely renovated. We were lied to incessantly. The company that owns these apartments are crooks and will take every penny they can from you because they

I highly recommend living here! The new staff is friendly and super helpful and maintenance requests get done fast. I got to move into one of the newly renovated units and it is very modern and nice. The location is great; walking distance to campus/downtown but far enough away that it is nice and peaceful. I love that they allow pets here as well! I couldn't find apartment that would take my 2 dogs until I stumbled upon this place. The new amenities are great too. There is a hot tub and fitness center and plenty of laundry machines, even though laundry is a bit pricey. Overall, definitely a great

My roommates and I love living here! We live in a 3 bedroom apartment that has so much room! They just redid the outside area and it looks awesome I can't wait to use it! The staff is really nice and just an great place to live. I would stay for another year if I wasn't transferring. I would suggest this to any person needing an apartment.
