I have lived here for almost a year now and have been very pleased that I made this choice (recently renewed my lease for another year). The manager, Nicole, is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to questions or issues. The grounds are neat and well maintained, and the price is very competitive in comparison to other properties in Lincoln. I love the location....we are close to Everything....and yet the apt community is set back just far enough from the main road to keep it very quiet, with minimal traffic. (One of my very few complaints would be that there are several large potholes

REALLY ENJOY LIVING HERE!!! Even with everything happening this pandemic year, Management was able to pull something off for Halloween! We had a costume parade for all the kids led by the Managers and janitor dude!! We also had individually wrapped snacks, drinks, candy!! My family has missed out so much this year and this was a great pick me up!!

I applied to live at these apartments. The initial amount you HAVE to pay to even put in an application is 160 dollars. I paid that amount and decided to look elsewhere after a few days. I was told $125 would be REFUNDABLE. I’ve been slowly communicating with an Alex Kiensler over email who was eager to help us get the application in, but took his time returning our money. Here I am almost two months later and I haven’t received my $125 refundable deposit back. They continue to waste my time. So now small claims court is the next option.

They were kind enough to let my husband and I move out after being harrassed and berated by our neighbor, but promised us it would not have any penalties and still for some reason kept our $500 deposit after saying they wouldn't. Just stopped responding to me altogether. Not very professional to steal from a young family.
