Before you sign a lease here come and walk around the property at night. Around 10pm or later. Walk around and inspect the premises; both the north and south sides. Come and see if you think your family would be safe living here. Next, search out the police calls to all the buildings (using their respective addresses on Hilltop Rd and N 15th St) since April 2021. Make an informed decision before you sign any paperwork.

I have lived here many years. Apartment managers have come and gone. The one now I hope stayes. He is a very kind man and seems to care about the apartments and the people who live here. He has made it a better place. We all like him. I cant remember his name he is tall, kind, fair and polite. Thank you

Do not move in here. I repeat. Do not move in here. A tenant pulled a gun on someone. The management has taken no action to correct the matter. Our dishwasher is full of mold and inoperable. It has been since we moved in and they won't fix it. We have five living in our apartment. Washin that many dishes is a lot of extra work. Lots of other problematic, very shady tenants. Do not move in here.

I moved into these apartments May of 2020 and I have to say these are great apartments. These apartments are spacious and set up so nicely. I love that there are two bathrooms and a walk in closet!! The hallways are clean and kept nice. The grounds are taken care of and always looking nice. The trash is always picked up around the grounds early in the morning and the yards are mowed and kept up by a lawn company at least once a week, they make it look very tidy and polished looking. The maintenance team is great. They are quick to fix your problem and if they can not fix it they get the right people

Thanks to the new staff, Manager Penny they are doing a great job now.
These apartments are wonderful inside and have a baloney with outside storage unit. Washer/Dryer hookups and allow animals.
This Spring Penny is going to make some great changes to improve this community. She is working VERY hard to get all of the renters together to understand this is not just an apartment, but their home.
I myself, am trying to help her any way I can. This is my home and Penny understands that. Some managers didn't.
We want to welcome everyone to our improvements that will take place in 2021.
