Our "Micro Wine Dinners, " small, themed tasting menu with beverage pairings that can be enjoyed by as few as two guests or an entire table, are always on the menu. This allows us to really take advantage of the products we source, as well as the great wines the world has to offer.
We feel lucky to be in this region: Where else in the world do you have a marine ecosystem (Chesapeake Bay), thousands of acres of fertile agricultural areas, stellar wine-growing conditions and a major metropolitan city all within less than 100 miles?! We use locally sourced product whenever possible.

I'm about to fall asleep due to a post-Thanksgiving feast thanks to AhSo. My husband I decided to order the to-go Thanksgiving option this year and it was such a good decision! The food was amazing and way better than anything we could've made. At first I was worried about the portion sizes, but the leftovers sitting in my fridge shows that the chefs know our stomach sizes better than we do! We're already planning on ordering for next year.

Came for a birthday dinner - the menus were noted with "happy birthday" at the top of the menu in addition to a birthday card from the staff! Very cute!
I ordered the green curry gnocchi which was divinely delicious! To be honest, I wasn't sure how the flavor was going to come out, but goodness when it arrived, it was gone in a few minutes! Yum!! Would definitely eat that again any day!
Desert: ordered the "King of Rock and Roll" which was really good as well - peanut butter ice cream coupled with burnt marshmallow fluff and bits of cookie crumbles. Again, fantastic

Love this restaurant! Five of us went here for a birthday celebration and reserved the Chef's Counter. This was an absolutely amazing experience! Jason, the owner AND chef, answered every question we had and made the experience truly special. The meal was phenomenal and my photos DO NOT do the appearance or plating justice at all. Phil the bartender attended our every need, and the meal concluded with a hand written menu of everything we ate. Absolutely amazing food. Christian the gm, Phil the bartender and Jason the chef makes this place absolutely exquisite. If you're looking for a cute romantic place with AMAZING food take your date here. If you're looking for upscale feel for brunch take your momma here. Business dinner?! Literally everything. After trying their food a MUST DO bucket list is their chef table with chef Jason. A bit more pricey but you get drinks with each small plate and it's a way to wow your date or anyone. It's definitely worth every penny and more.

Third time dining and has been consistently fantastic but last night was incredible! Bruno was our server and absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed tacos, street corn, scallops (still thinking about them), cabbage… salad, duck wings, shishito peppers, and Brussels for apps. More tacos, steaks, scallops for dinner. Wine and cocktails were delish. Dessert was a perfect way to end. Look forward to our next visit.

Finally made it to AhSo, and it definitely lived up to the hype.
Reservation at 5pm on a Sunday - glad we made it before the crowd since they actually turned folks away. Our waiter David was extremely attentive and friendly without being overbearing. A gentlemen who I imagine is the owner stopped by several time to ensure we were happy.
I asked for sangria - not on the cocktail menu but happily made and very tasty. I had the boar ribs which were a shareable starter. They were crispy and saucy and more than enough to have been a meal unto themselves. Next up was the pork belly and Brussels

Food was good, I was just disappointed when my scallop dish came out with pork in the lentils (I'm a pescatarian and communicated this to my server..)
Wine was good, wish our server would've brought out the 2 wine bottles we ordered a glass from to show us label, give a small taste to make sure it's enjoyable,(instead poured full glass in the back and delivered it that way) Maybe that's just how this place rolls. But overall nice atmosphere, would probably come back if I were in the area but would not specifically make the 40-minute-away trip again.

So a year later we went again for the same event thinking it would be hard to top. They actually managed to do it!!!
This year's experience was even better with no disappointments in any of the many items we ordered, or the service, or atmosphere and safety. Total Quality Management (TQM) - is the perfect description of the attention to the smallest of details that may render an otherwise almost perfect product a failure.
They nailed it from start - greeting us verbally at the door for the occasion, followed by a hand written card at our table, a very personable and knowledgeable server

Amazing newer restaurant that will have me visiting Brambleton more often!! Right off the bat we were greeted by a gentleman that could have been the manager (opening the door for us). The restaurant is extremely clean inside as well as out, well built with a cool modern vibe. Excellent decor and atmosphere inside of AhSo. The staff is very personable, catering to your every need flawlessly. The food is impeccable, coming out hot - with a stellar presentation and impeccable flavor profiles. Pricing appropriate for the service and products produced. We were all amazed down to our friends surprise

We were doing a bit of a beer tour in London County and decided to have dinner here on the way back. I read an article in an old Washingtonian Magazine and thought we should try.
My wife made the reservation, as it was my birthday. They initially offered us this loan table across the street. We just didn’t want it, it felt too far away and thought our service would suffer, esp. the food temperatures as it would have to be carried, etc. We would have preferred the other outdoor table but we were told it was reserved for a wine dinner. Okay, we took the table just inside and next to the hostess

Still awesome! - Despite the pandemic and all of us having to shift how we live during this time AhSo still delivers on amazing cuisine. Taco Tuesday is my jam and even though I was aware that they could deliver on Spanish cuisine I didn't realize how well they could execute it until Cinco De Mayo when they blew it out of the water and had me dancing in my living room with chips and queso (you NEED this queso in your life).

AhSo is the perfect spot to have dinner with your significant other, friends, coworkers, and family. It's just the perfect spot for any occasion. My husband and I go here for any excuse -- date night, celebrate a new job, see our favorite bartender, eat some good food, etc. You get the picture. I always try a different dish every time I go here. I've never been disappointed.
If it's your first time, I recommend to get a spot at the bar and get a drink from Phil. He's an awesome bartender and will recommend the best dishes to try out. The vibe inside the restaurant is nice
