Literally the WORST property management company ever. Never notified the owner when I reached out about my neighbors removing my fence. Nikki told the owner the email got stuck in her "drafts". Wouldn't forward maintenance requests for weeks/months. Lies to clients. Gaslights clients with things like, "no one believed they'd remove a fence that… wasn't theirs". Why would you not believe them when they said they would do it?? Today pest control came out, and since she was fired as PM she didn't notify me at all. I hope you have the day you deserve! I hate you & hope to NEVER work with

NWJ was originally a refferal from one of my good friends, and I am so thankful for it. Nikki and Mike are always on top of everything. I don't ever have to stress about my rental because they treat it like it's their own. If there's ever any issues, Nikki is quick to communicate with me and work out a plan. If you need property management, I highly recommend NWJ, you will not regret it!

Nikki and Mike were great at answering questions about managing a rental for some friends. Our family friends were potential moving out of country for work for 2 years for work and looking to rent out their property while gone. It all fell apart due to Covid, but we still appreciated the knowledgeable and upfront conversations we had with them. I'd definitely recommend giving them a call if you have property management questions.

If you are an owner, please do not try to navigate all the renter laws by yourself! NJW Property Management Company have been amazing to work with and are experts on the rules and regulations surrounding renting your home. Both Nikki and Mike are extremely communicative, professional and honest. If your in the market to rent out your home they are the best!

I’ve known Mike and Nikki with NJW for several years and they’ve been extremely supportive in navigating the housing climate in and around Portland. They’ve lent great advice regarding difficulties with property management companies I️ was with before them. Having had a mold problem in an apartment, Mike and Nikki told me exactly what to do and who to contact, plus referred me to a great company that did a complimentary estimate. Nikki and Mike were great to deal with. We were tenants and although they were sure to represent the interests of the property owner, they were very fair in their treatment of us and respectful of our rights as tenants. I would absolutely recommend renting a property through them. As an owner, you can trust that they will do their best for you while maintaining a good working relationship with your tenants.

Nikki is the best! What a great landlord, she was quick to respond to maintenance request but gave us enough space to make us feel at home. When the homeowners decided to sell the property she went out of her way to ensure that my partner and I were not displaced from our neighborhood. Would recommend NJW Property Management!

When it comes to managing your rental property, big or small, it is hard to find anyone with more passion, tact, efficiency, and professionalism than Nikki Wilson. She, hands-down, beats the big management companies because she is responsive and considerate of the tenants, which is a huge benefit property owners. She is honest and upfront, and always abides by property management laws. Highly recommended!
