Do not move here they delete reviews they have roaches and rats I lived there 2days and I had rodents there they won't work with you. I moved in noticed the issue and I wanted to move out they charged me fees on top of that. they didn't get my apartment ready had big holes in the baseboards and walls from last tenants do not move here after moving out and Cleaning they had someone go in my apartment and trash the whole unit and charged me for it. Worse apartment in Oklahoma.

Don’t move here is really nasty as apartment infested with mices . And apartment manager won’t do nothing they been saying they gonna send someone to see where they coming in . And they haven’t send no one . I Will be breaking my lease due to having a newborn baby n a 4 year old I Will not have my kids living like this

This is the most disgusting, ghetto place to live. For anyone that is considering Grouse Run, look elsewhere if at all possible. Do not be tempted by the move-in special like we were and be lured in with some… assurance of a riff raff cleanup. My boyfriend and I moved in on the 29th of January (gearing up for me to be induced on the 2nd of February) and hardly got moved in when the bugs decided to throw us a welcome party. Along with the bugs, we had flooding from the dishwasher for DAYS despite maintenance coming in and installing a brand new unit. After countless calls and work orders

Me and my husband was on the process to getting an apartment there . When we went to sing our lease an get our apartment keys . We when to go see our apartment . The apartment was is really bad condition. They made us wait a week so they could remodel everything. I even pay extra to my landlord so I could stay couple more days where my lease was up I lost my deposit because of that . On top of that we didn’t get out apartment an they try to make us wait one more week to they can give us a different apartment . The staff that was there was really unprofessional. She didn’t do nothing to help

My Experience with Grouse Run is not what I expected. Living here for two years and been dealing with the same issues that need to be repaired and pest problems. We have reported this issued to the Manager and GM haven't receive the proper service of maintains all they do is come patch it up and seal it shut. Which mean when it rain again this is what it look like in are apartment. If you do move here be sure to check behind the oven, refrigerate. They will also paint over the mold look at the pictures below. They want you to pay rent but don't won't to fix nothing. Tried to attach pic but some

Horrible place to live. The property was in much better shape before the new management took over. They will try to show the model apartments so make sure to walk the property yourself. Your carpet will not be cleaned professionally when you move in. They use retail carpet cleaners but will take professional pricing out of your deductible when you move out. The manager Trish threatened to call the cops on me last summer because I insisted that my air conditioner be fix within two days in 90 plus degree weather. I explained to her that I was a disabled vet and on heat sensitive meds. She did not
