My experience here has been amazing. The processing in getting the apartment was so smooth, easy and fast. Ms. Smith was responsive, friendly, very welcoming and super helpful. As for the neighborhood it’s beautiful and well maintained and quiet. Recommend for incoming military personnel as well!

Mchenry Square apartment is the first apartment complex I ever rented on my own and the experience has been great so far. The staff is great and responsive. The guys at maintenance work so fast, I had a problem and they’ve resolved it the same day like 1 hour after I reported it. They are also very open and honest with any shortcomings which makes the experience very good. 6/5 stars.

My stay at McHenry Square Apartments was nothing but enjoyable. The professionalism and timely responses of their staff made it for smooth transition during my temporary duty in Augusta. As an active duty service member the packages they offered in furnishing apartments was extremely helpful. Highly recommended for permanent party and those looking for a short term lease. Thank you again for an incredible stay.

I rented sight unseen and was not the least bit disappointed. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very functional. The management is awesome. Monica has gone as many steps beyond as it takes to please us in every regard. Even though we plan to buy a home sometime in the near future, we are totally comfortable here and have no difficulty staying as long as it takes.

The administrative staff have been awesome. Very responsive and friendly each encounter. The apartment has some great amenities like the parcel pending app is an awesome feature to receive oversized packages, the dog park and spa and the various apps available to make apartment living better. There is plenty of parking even though parking is not assigned. The apartments are nice and centrally located to just about anything you need within a 10 minute or less drive. It is pretty quiet over here except there was one occurrence that was bad enough to warrant the police coming to resolve the dispute
