We are located right behind the Kroger shopping center off Columbia Road, and are only a short distance from the Mullins Crossing shopping center. We are located in the Columbia County school district. We are only twenty minutes away from historic downtown Augusta.

Lived at the haven for 3 years. Our experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The management is very professional and friendly, always on top of things and they always make you feel welcome. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Great amenities and great community, never had trouble with any noise.

Since living here at the Haven, it has been everything I wanted. Great community atmosphere, consistently clean, and timely service on my apartment when needed. Those 3 in the front office Rock/Great! They are very expedient when it comes to all you bring to there attention! When they don’t know the answer they will find it. It is home sweet home‼️

Great place to live. The community is quiet and everyone is respectful of each other. Maintenance requests are addressed and taken care of the same day it is reported. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responds to emails and messages quickly. It is always easy to find one of the staff because they are always out and about in the complex.

I had a great experience with one of the staff members at Haven of Reed Creek, Marcus Mattox. I have been looking for apartments for a while and he’s the only one who took the time to meet me in person, give me a tour of the apartment, and answer any questions that I had. Even though I did not end up staying there due to a job change, I would highly recommend them.

I have LOVED living at The Haven At Reed Creek! I moved here earlier this year, and could not be happier with my decision. The community is very safe, quiet and clean - which is a great testament to the phenomenal maintenance and management staff here! The Haven team really makes you feel at home, and takes the time to get to know you and your family. On the very few maintenance issues I have had - they have been fixed either the same day or next day, and I always get a follow up phone call if it was completed to my liking. I would personally recommend The Haven to any of my family or friends,

We've been here for 2 years now and absolutely LOVE it! Everyone in the office is so friendly, always super welcoming and ready to help, especially Addie and Dominique! Maintenance responds super fast and it's nice knowing everything is taken care of. I also love the fact that our apartment has a washer/dryer, not just connections! Such an awesome thing to offer and the first place I've ever lived that's done this.

My husband and I have lived here for seven months now and have zero plans of moving out unless I PCS out of Georgia. The staff is AMAZING; friendly, kind, helpful, they even remember who you are and don't treat you like you're just a number but like family. The apartments are AMAZING; spacious, well laid out, gorgeous, perfect. My husband and I are expecting our first child in three months and couldn't be happier to be bringing her home to The Haven At Reed Creek! We LOVE it here!

This is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. The office staff are wonderful - friendly and helpful. The amenities are great - especially the pool. There's a real community atmosphere. You can get to know your neighbors while waiting for the school bus, hanging out by the pool, or attending one of the community events put on by the office. The community is pet friendly, which is a huge plus, and there are a lot of kids if you're looking for a family friendly neighborhood. As for the apartments themselves, they are spacious and well laid out. The maintenance staff is awesome

I'm approaching two years of residing at The Haven and I'm about to sign on for another year. By far, The Haven is the best apartment community I've ever lived in. The front office staff are responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Karen has especially made me feel more like a friend than a resident. The pool is a sanctuary, the gym is always clean and accessible when I go and I have never had an issue with my neighbors. Many of the residents here are private and considerate to each other.
